This spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house sits next to our current house VRBO listing 3969155 which is a 4bd 2ba. We designed the new house to hold a multi family vacation within the new house or spread across both homes. The new home can accommodate both houses under one roof for meals.

Our properties are available during the busy summer months on a weekly basis...rental is Friday to Friday. Outside of the summer we offer stays with a minimum of 2 nights. Memorial and Labor Day require 3 nights.

This property features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a large eat-in kitchen. This house will sleep 14-16 people. 14 in bedrooms and 2 on a queen size sleeper sofa.

My favorite part of this house is the large covered patio which can seat 16 people. A large outdoor ceiling fan will keep you cool and the roof will keep you dry! Patio lights will be strung to create a great ambiance. Off the patio to the right will be a large Weber grill and off the patio to the left will be stairs to the fire pit. The best of MI summer evenings are spent around a fire pit.

The main floor opens up with lockers in the foyer leading you down a hall which connects the 2 main floor bedrooms with king memory foam mattresses and a large 12x6 bathroom. The open floor plan will have a large kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters with island seating for 4. The dining area has a handmade table and bench seating for 10. The first of two living rooms will have spacious seating and a 65” smart TV.

The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and is the perfect space for kids of any age. In one of the closets there is a hide-a-way that is perfect for kids to play in.

In the basement there are 9’ walls, a bedroom with a queen bed, large bathroom with laundry area and a large family room with attached game room.

We Have Also Added a Pontoon Rental Option. Fully Equipped With Life Vests, Mp3 Radio, Ski Rope And Tube. Pontoon Rests On A Boat Lift Within The Flora Dale Private Beach And Dock Area. Rental ranges from $950-1400/wk. Please Message Me For Details and if your stay is less than a week.
