"Arrived at 3:15am and were denied entry as the reservation cancels at 2:30am. This was disappointing for an airport hotel where late flight situations should be normal and accepted. Front desk charged us for the room we did not use and then said we could stay for double as it would be early entry and then the next night. Stayed down the street at the extended stay place and it was wonderful. "

"We booked this hotel largely because of the breakfast, and as other reviewers have noted, it was excellent. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing for a 3-star Holiday Inn. The biggest issue was housekeeping. During our almost two week stay, it took three days of requests for our room to be serviced.
