"We wanted a cozy cabin near the river and other local hikes. This property fit our needs and was very private. The view from the picture window and large deck was so beautiful with large growth trees and ferns. Cross the bridge and go down a magical little patch to your own spot on the river. So peaceful and scenic! It was my dad's 82nd birthday and he absolutely loved it. The low step in shower made it accessible for him as well. "A very peaceful, serene setting right by the river. The cabin itself is quite charming. Outdoor shower (overlooking the river) is wonderful. The owner (Steve) was friendly and helpful. The WiFi reception is very very sketchy. We loved our stay."

"We had a great stay at this updated and comfy cabin. The property has been beautifully updated with amazing touches throughout and was very clean. It is also well stocked and has everything you would need for your stay. The screened porch overlooking the river was a great spot to enjoy our evenings. "

"This was the perfect retreat for our family of 4. The cabin was clean and area quiet and quaint. It was conveniently located to many great hiking trails and waterfalls (blue pool, sahalie falls, Koosah falls, clear lake and only an hour to sisters and 1.5 hours to Bend (easy day trip). Michael was so responsive and easy to communicate with! I highly recommend this rental!"

"The location and property were incredible! The access to the resort without being part of the resort was convenient and nice. My two complaints are that the one fan in the whole place barely blows air and the drain in the hot springs tub was annoyingly loud. The drain was just a minor annoyance though."

"This home is excellent. Located right on the beautiful McKenzie River. The property is exactly as advertised. The hosts/owners have gone above and beyond to make sure the home is stocked with everything you may need. They even have items that you may have forgotten to bring for yourself. "Very close to the river. You can hear it all the time. Beautiful large screened patio overlooking river. Nice separation between two bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Very comfortable living room. Great ambiance all around. You will be delighted. Hands down, the nicest place we have ever stayed."

"When we arrived, housekeeping had obviously not been there, nor did they show up after notifying manager, so we had to clean it ourselves. Fortunately, there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels and linens. We were told that we would be credited the housekeeping charge, and I'm waiting for it to show up on my statement. The house itself is lovely and conveniently located for hiking, white water rafting (We used High Country Expeditions and couldn't have been happier). Bring an extra fan...
