You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, mixer, toaster, and a complete lineup of cookware including a roasting pan, baking pans, and a full knife block. Dishware, glassware including wine glasses, and utensils are provided for each guest. The dishwasher makes cleanup fast so you can get back to enjoying your view.

Six smart TVs are spread throughout the home - a 55-inch in the main floor living room, a 65-inch on the lower level, and individual screens in each bedroom ranging from 25 to 33 inches. All are watchable with streaming capabilities. WiFi is provided through Xfinity with the router located on the main floor next to the bookshelf.



Laundry



A full washer and dryer are available in-unit, which is a genuine luxury on longer stays. Replacement air filters are stored above the washer and dryer as well.

GPS directions to the property are reliable. Your host is available if questions come up, but the property is set up to make your stay smooth from arrival to checkout.
