Room was impossible to get heat right...Also, didn't appreciate having front desk call our room to tell us to quiet down at 8:28pm. We had been in the pool for 2 hours and came up to room and got call 4 minutes later. Maybe have front desk find out who is running around making noise(we heard it too) ...

the bed was in horrible condition, might as well slept on cardboard & the front desk clerk wouldn't let us move rooms.

No staff support at all Were given a suite and apparently we were not supposed to use one of the bed’s although the person who let us in the room didn’t say anything and I mean ANYTHING about the room I barely got the info about leaving the keys on the counter we were checking out very early the ...
