"This property was everything it promised to be! From karaoke and pool table to video games to hot tub it was really a fun and relaxing spot! There was a nice coffee bar set up on the main floor, so it was very easy to grab a cup of coffee or tea and sit out on the deck in the early morning peace. We even saw a few deer! "This was a wonderful weekend get away and you could tell the owner put a lot of thought and attention into making this a fun place for the adults and kids. I loved the holiday lights she had up and a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was clean and up to date. We appreciated the space and the hot tub was the icing on the cake!"

"We rented this house for our daughter’s graduation from James Madison University. It was perfect in every way. It was absolutely beautiful, cozy, clean, spacious and in a great location with plenty to do. There were 14 of us staying and was plenty of room. "Our family of 5 stayed at the Gingerbread Cottage for 3 nights to celebrate our daughter's college graduation from JMU. The location was ideal as it was not far from Harrisonburg and close to restaurants. We had fun at Cave Hill Brewery, which was close and had great meals at Thunderbird Cafe (breakfast) and Hank's (great bbq dinner). We highly recommend staying at this property and would return if in the area again. "
