"We spent a wonderful week here with three generations of family and the house was wonderful! There were enough spaces for different groups to hang out while still allowing for everyone to be together. It's hard to find a quality house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group and this exceeded our expectations; strongly recommend!"

"This is a wonderful property with great location and proximity to Shenandoah National Park. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need. Owner was great to communicate with and the property is lively. The only complaint I have is that at the end of the stay you are asked to drive the garbage over 10mins away in the opposite direction you would be leaving and this is the last thing you want to do at the end of a vacation, but for us it didn’t take away from the 5 star rating. "The Evergreen Lodge was perfect for our stay. Convenient to hiking, JMU, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, we had a great family reunion (ages 11-80). The movie room, hot tub, sauna, games and karaoke were so much fun for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the kids room was a blast! We played putt putt at the resort, which was fun, but ran out of time to do any other resort activities. I’d highly recommend this property and hope to come again another time."

"Our family chose Massenutten has our 2025 vacation. Everything at the MAC was AWESOME! It is a beautiful home. It was very clean and quiet. We had a great time just enjoying family. We had the pleasure of seeing a mother deer and her baby strolling thru the backyard. Just beautiful. We pray that GOD continues to bless the owner and his family."

"Beautiful, conveniently located Massanutten residence! Gorgeous great room with floor to ceiling windows, yet complete privacy without being overly remote. We enjoyed the clean hot tub. My mobility impaired mother was able to handle the few steps required to enter the main level. We were thankful for the convertible chairs in the main level bedroom that fold out into a more accessible bed. Good frame, very comfortable. "We had a nice stay at this home, it suited our group well. The layout is good for multiple sets of couples and I liked the access to resort amenities and access to restaurants and local activities. The house is located on a side road in the resort so low traffic and quiet area, good for a relaxing time."

"The Nut House was a nice place to go for a weekend in Massanutten. Hot tub was lovely and they had lots of different games. Very close to a ridge trail for some hiking. "

Lots of opportunity for outdoor adventures as well: biking, hiking, long walks, fire table chats - all very accessible and well facilitated by the layout of the home and the amenities provided. The most relaxing short vacay I've had in a long while."
