Wonderful Studio Condominium Ground floor on waterfront at Payette Lake, within walking distance of Pondarosa State Park, downtown McCall, McCall Golf Course. Comfy sofa and fireplace, Inviting view of the lake. On site pool, sandy beach with lounge chairs. Several close walking and biking trails. The lake is available for sailing, water skiing and fishing. Several near by streams for fishing. Abundance of fresh mountain air.

The good. Condo was in a great spot. Beautiful view from the balcony and it was nice and quiet. Now the bad. I had to message the host just over 3 hrs before check in to get final instructions. The host went through all the instructions and at the end he said P.S. the freezer/fridge is not working correctly I ordered a replacement. Well P.S. the fridge did not work at all. We had to run out and buy a cooler. The bed was tough, very short. I am 6ft and I kept hanging over and the couch is not great either. Not a great experience.

Loved this trip and condo. Ground floor access to a great beach with doc and fire pit. Have stayed at Timberlakes many times and this is a great lakefront stay.

This small studio was perfect for me and my wife. It's right on the lake, has excellent parking, and wonderful amenities such as a pool and a clean sandy beach. It is also an easy walk or bike ride to McCall and Ponderosa Park.

25th Anniversary Celebration

This was an awesome property. It was amazing to be able to walk out of our place to the lake and private beach. Close to everything but felt like you were in your own little paradise. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. We had a great time!

I needed a place to go to do some personal and business growth research. Having the lake to look at from the dining table as I researched was so nice. I also took time to sit by the lake edge (its still a bit frozen). This was a perfect place for my purpose.

Cross country weekend

Fantastic location. Great for little people as the murphy bed is only a short double. Condo is definitely dated; built in the 70's. Gave the bed to my better half, and I nested on the couch. Despite this shortcoming, we enjoyed our stay. Had a blast skiing the cross country trails at Bear Basin.

My sister, Mom and I stayed the weekend. The place is right on the Lake. Very beautiful area! The location was wonderful. Perfect, for a getaway, but close enough to town to shop, and explore downtown McCall. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We were very cozy.

McCall at your fingertips!

Great place! A little mix up at the beginning, but they made it right in a timely fashion. My husband is very tall so he slept on the couch. They provide everything you need while you stay. We loved our little winter getaway to McCall and the beautiful view with a fireplace.

Love Timerlake condos for the private beach front and nice people. Only came with a few rolls of toilet paper, so if you have 4 people and are staying longer than 3 days, you will need to go buy some from Albertsons. No AC, but that’s okay since the condo is partly shaded and it cools down nicely at night.

Listing inaccurate, dirty stained blankets, no support from Manager to solve problems.

We were very excited for this trip and check in was easy. Sadly as soon as we got into the rental we saw that the listing was not accurate. It said there was a double bed and a double futon (two beds) and room for four. Traveling with our kids that worked great and the location was perfect so was worth the small space. Yet we came in and saw that there was only one bed and the couch did not even pull out. I notified the manger that this was not what we paid for and he said nothing to that and only said there were “extra sheets and blankets” we could use for the couch. There were in fact no extra sheets and the extra blankets folded in the closet were dirty. One had crusty white stuff on it and the other had dirt and hair. I sent him photos of this and he said the housekeeper was in another town and did not reply after that. Our stay was two days and he did not reach out the next day either nor did he ask the house keeper to bring sheets and clean blankets. Thankfully we had sleeping bags the kids were able to use and had to go purchase pillows and pillowcases. I am unsure how this rentals has so many great ratings but can only assume that others came without anyone else that needed the other bed so never bothered to check for a second pullout as advertised. There were thick stains on the curtain to the patio and when you pulled the curtain open the rod kept falling. The outlets behind the couch had no cover plates which seems like a major fire hazard and code violation.

Labor Day weekend 23

We came up to the condo For a two night stay to attend a wedding in McCall. The place is really nice, everything about the property is great! Location, quiet, great access to the lake. Our only suggestion would be that maybe going into the fall and winter months when swimming and boating aren’t necessarily the top activities, and or weather is inclement, TV cable or satellite would be appreciated to watch sports or other programming instead of just DVDs.( if it was available , we sure couldn’t figure it out! Lol) All in all great stay, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful view & quiet complex

The view was beautiful with full access to the lake, pool and lawn. Very short drive to McCall city center and short walk to Ponderosa State Park. Unit is one room with a Murphy bed. Bathroom and entrance are well located. We did not use the Murphy bed, choosing to sleep on the sofas instead.
