PLEASE MESSAGE BEFORE BOOKING JUNE-AUGUST OF 2024

This brand new home, was specifically designed as a vacation getaway for families.

This one story home boasts the following spaces:

Primary Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bath (shower, tub, toilet, 2 sinks), sliding doors to backyard, 65" Smart TV.
Primary Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite bathroom (shower, tub, toilet, 2 sinks), 65" smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, One twin over twin bunk, (New photos not yet posted), Attached Jack and Jill Bath (tub, shower, toilet 2 sinks).
Bedroom 4: Two Full over Full Bunks, (New photos not yet posted), Attached Jack and Jill Bath (tub, shower, toilet, 2 sinks).

The fully outfitted kitchen features quartz countertops with waterfall edges. A large dining room table provides seating for 10, in addition to the seating provided at the kitchen’s island.

The home includes a separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer.

A state-of-the-art heating and air conditioning system was installed with multi-zone control in every room, allowing for all guests to choose their comfort in each space.

Every wall was insulated for sound proofing so guests can retreat from gatherings in the main space for some quiet rest as needed.

In the summer, enjoy watching golfers teeing off on Aspen Number 4 from the living room or backyard - or in the winter, a nice walk on the golf course’s paths. Ponderosa Park is right down the street, and downtown McCall is just a short bike ride away.

Beautiful & Relaxing

The property is absolutely beautiful and we had a great time while there. The property manager was easy to work with and quick to respond when we had questions. We had fun sitting out on the back deck watching the golfers, taking our dogs for a walk around the neighborhood, and enjoying all that McCall has to offer. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

McCall House

House is decent. Very cheaply made. It seems like the home owner built the house themselves and cut every corner possible. The HVAC system consisted of ceiling mounted units. Those units are powered by a unit attached to the side of house that borders the master bedroom. When trying to sleep, the unit sounds like an idling diesel engine. It was so loud that we had to sleep on the opposite side of the house. Driveway also wasn’t plowed until the third day we were there.

Pros and Cons overall great

I will say that this property has many Pros but a few Cons, here goes. Pros: very nice setting to walking paths, in town to do’s single level home with a very nice kitchen that is well stocked and nice sofa for cozy gathering and t.v watching. The long driveway and garage is very nice as well as the game boards and puzzles for a cozy evening. The Cons: There is not one hanger closet or even a hook to hang your coats and sweaters, no hanging ability at all anywhere in the home. The heating system is very loud so if you are sensitive to loud humming noice, it will be hard. The last thing, bring your own pillow…the ones in the home are like bricks! I understand that this home is newer and needs some touching up but be careful in one of the bathrooms, the shower curtain is not secure and will fall down if not careful. Overall a nice home for the price! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Perfect home & location

Beautiful home, brand new, excellent location, absolutely perfect for 2 families with kids. Loved the kitchen. Peaceful, private location. Loved the nearby bike trails. Great hostess, very nice and responds right away. We absolutely loved McCall and Payette Lake and would love to come back and stay at this same property!

Brand New McCall Home / Perfect for Everyone

This house is brand new and perfect for any type of group you may have. We had some adult kids and some younger kids and the house perfectly accommodates everyone. There are two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms that are very spacious and are perfect for larger groups. There are two more bedrooms that have great bunk beds and the both rooms are extremely spacious so the kids had plenty of there own space. The main living area is large and very well laid out. The kitchen is was beautiful had everything we needed. The adjacent living room had a great large TV and the best couch for winding down with a movie after a full day of activities in McCall. The house is located right by the 4th tee box of the country club and we enjoyed watching golfers come and go. The Main living area has beautiful windows so even when we were inside the views of the golf course are beautiful. The house allows dogs and this house is truly DOG FFRIENDLY. Our dog loved laying around on the wood floors but could easily go out side and roam around the yard without getting into any trouble as the house is on a very private lot. The overall location was perfect and we could be downtown by bike in 10 minutes. It is just far enough away from town to be very quiet and yet close enough to be downtown in minutes. Communication with the host was spot on and there was a personal note and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we walked in the door. We have high expectations for our vacation rentals and this was perfect.
