Whether you’re visiting for waterfowl season, deer or hog hunting, fishing, or simply a peaceful escape, this is a true outdoorsman’s getaway.

🦋Wake up to wildlife right outside your window, with peaceful water and nature views from nearly every room in the home. It’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of Lake Eufaula.

🛋️The spacious split-level home features an open-concept living area, a large primary suite, and three additional bedrooms upstairs. There’s plenty of room to gather, relax, play, and make memories after a day on the water or in the great outdoors.

🏓Rainy day or just ready to relax? The game room is the perfect place to unwind and have a little friendly competition. Challenge your crew to a game of ping pong or foosball, enjoy the gaming system, or gather around the table for one of the many board games provided. Several bedrooms also feature TVs, giving everyone plenty of options for relaxing and entertaining during your stay.

🛌Duck Dream comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds, with additional sleeping options available for larger groups. The home features a pullout sofa that sleeps 1, two air mattresses for additional sleeping space, plus a couch and futon. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests to help ensure everyone has a comfortable stay, although the home can accommodate more sleeping arrangements if needed.

🍃This section of Lake Eufaula is especially known for its **strong waterfowl presence**, with ducks and geese frequently visiting the area. When water levels are right, fishing can be excellent, and the area is known for carp that can reach impressive sizes.

🦆During periods of lower lake levels, typically in late summer and early fall, exposed shoreline can provide direct access to nearby Corps of Engineers land and additional opportunities for hunting and exploring. Whether you’re chasing ducks, casting a line, exploring the shoreline, or simply sitting outside watching wildlife, Duck Dream puts you right in the middle of it.

GUEST ACCESS:

🏡You’ll have private use of the residence throughout your stay, aside from owner`s closet and locked cabinet in the game room area.

🚗This house is close to the Arrowhead State Park, which offers a golf course, hiking trails, camping and much more. Only 4.4 miles off the highway to access shops, entertainment and eats in Eufaula or McAlester.

The Airbnb was everything our family needed. We were craving a cozy home away from schedules, stress, and the hustle of everyday life—a place where we could slow down and simply enjoy being together. Rainie’s place gave us exactly that. The pool was the perfect size, and the surrounding woods made it feel so peaceful. At night, the sound of the cicadas was like nature’s lullaby. We even had some unexpected visitors—wild hogs, rattlesnakes, tree frogs—and the kids had the best time chasing countless lizards. It was the perfect escape, and we’re already dreaming up our next trip back! -Kayla

* Back-up plan for rain days. We get a lot of pop-up showers or storms so you may want an umbrella, tennis shoes, or favorite game (though we have several!)
* Water shoes, hiking shoes/boots, and if raining, rain boots
* Duraflame logs if you think you’ll need fire-making help

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

💦Please Note About Water Access--The property is located where the river meets Lake Eufaula, which will limit access for certain types of boats. Lake levels can change, and these fluctuations may affect usability of the water during your stay. Because these conditions are outside of our control, we’re unable to offer refunds related to water access. We recommend checking current lake conditions prior to arrival so you can plan accordingly.

🌳A Note About Our Lakeside Setting--The home is located in a scenic lake/river/forest area, which means you’ll be immersed in nature during your stay. Although we have regular professional treatments in place, the natural surroundings may occasionally bring sightings of insects and/or spiders, especially outdoors. You may even receive a visit from local wildlife. Please help us keep those wild creatures wild and do not feed them. This tends to come with the territory of being close to the water and trees, and we take thoughtful steps to keep the space clean and comfortable for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the peaceful beauty and character of this waterside retreat!

2. Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior approval from the host.

3. Noise:
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
No loud music or parties.

4. Pets:
Pets are allowed. Dogs only, limit of two unless otherwise approved. Please do not leave unattended, do not allow on any furniture, leash while outdoors and properly dispose of any outputs in the yard.

5. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are allowed only outside, away from open windows and doors, and all smoking materials must be disposed of properly.

6. Housekeeping:
Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
Use provided trash bags and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

7. Appliances:
Report any malfunctions or issues with appliances to the host immediately.

8. Outdoor Use:
Use of the BBQ grill is allowed; please move away from house while in use, turn off propane (if applicable) after each cook and clean any heavy deposits after use.
No open fires unless in the designated fire pit, and always ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving unattended.

9. Damages:
Report any accidental damages to the host immediately.
Guests agree to pay for any damages caused during their stay.

10. Parking:
Parking is available in front and beside the home.

11. Pool:
Please be cautious around pool area. Please empty the skimmer daily and do not leave trash or can bottles around pool area. This will end up in skimmer and clog the pool!

12. Fireplace:
No use of the fireplaces without prior permission.

13. Respect for Property:
Treat the property as if it were your own.
Any unauthorized use of the property, including hosting events not agreed upon in advance, may result in eviction without refund.

14. Paddle Boards:
Please wear life jackets while using and handle all components with care and respect.
