Located on the renowned small coast of Senegal, between Ngaparou and Nianing, on a large sandy beach, with the pirogues of the fishing village of MBalling resting nearby. We are far from the mass tourism of Saly, but only 10km away.
Our large family villa, in typical African style, welcomes you when we are not there, with a superb view of the ocean, a private swimming pool and a large terrace equipped for your comfort. An interior and exterior renovation was carried out in January 2025, with air conditioning, for high quality services.

In the middle of a 1,250 m² flowered and wooded garden, with direct access to the beach, our 340 m² house has 5 bedrooms, one of which is on the garden level (a double bed 160 and a bed 80), air-conditioned, opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. A large living/dining room of 80 m², air-conditioned and equipped with a large format connected TV and a small cosy reading room, a kitchen facing the sea and its back kitchen. Free WIFI in the house, the terrace and the garden.

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (3 with a double bed 160 and one with 2 beds of 90) 2 of which are air-conditioned, the others with fans, open onto the balcony which goes all around the house, allowing a view of the ocean and 360°.

By the pool, many comfortable deckchairs, a beach bed and 2 straw huts, with a view of the sea.

Our villa in authentic and opulent African style, completely renovated in January 2025, with large and beautiful interior volumes, is fully secured by the discreet presence of a couple living on site in an independent maisonette at the back of the property. Martin, our caretaker, also takes care of the swimming pool and the garden, while Augustine, his wife, takes care of the maintenance of the house and your well-being.PGJyPg
Come and spend a dream family holiday, at the foot of a quiet and quiet fishing village. You will never tire of the sunsets between the coconut palms and the bougainvillea. To enjoy the ocean, all you have to do is push the gate at the end of the garden.

Whether you are sporty or more of a walker and visitor, many activities are accessible within a radius of 20 km around the property. Morning jogging on the beach, sea fishing, quad biking on the slopes and along the ocean, the seaside resort of Saly, 10 km away with its 18-hole golf course, its craft market, its many restaurants and nightclubs. The Somone lagoon and its natural bird reserve, a safari at the Bandia animal reserve, the discovery of the baobab forests and bush villages in a 4x4, the arrival of fishermen at the port of MBOUR, and a little further north Dakar and the pink lake, and to the south the shell island of Joal, the salt wells of Tamarin and the Saloum delta.

Quality massages in an institute 5 minutes walk from the house (12,000 Fcfa/hour = 18 €) or massage at home (15,000 Fcfa).

Linen provided (sheets, bath and kitchen towels, beach towels), changed regularly and more often on request if you wish.PGJyPg

Only the consumption of water (flat rate of 500 FCFA/night/adult) and electricity (200 FCFA/Kwh used) will be billed to you, with meter reading on site.
Possible delivery of fresh fish from the village's fishermen every day to your home.

If you wish, Bernadette, our excellent cook will come and concoct delicious meals for you, with her recipes of typical Senegalese dishes, or European - depending on your taste - in addition to be paid directly on the spot): 6,500 CFA francs/day, 10,000 CFA francs if more than 6 people, or between 10 and 15 € per day depending on the number of guests).PGJyPg
Our fisherman Allou, whose canoe is right next to the house, delivers directly the fresh fish you want on a simple call the day before (monkfish, sole, captain, shrimps, squid, lobster...), scales and empties them, and Bernadette cooks them for you.

We will put you in touch with our taxi and guide, André, who will be able to ensure your transfer from the airport and take you on an excursion wherever you want, at ultra-competitive prices and already negotiated for our guests.
