Construida en 2015, esta casa contemporánea frente al lago fue diseñada para vacaciones familiares y para aprovechar al máximo la belleza del entorno de la casa. Hay dos master suites privadas disponibles, cada una con su propio porche para disfrutar de un café tranquilo por la mañana con vistas a la pintoresca cala. La primera suite principal tiene un baño completo con ducha de lujo, mientras que la segunda suite tiene un baño con bañera de hidromasaje. Y para su disfrute, todas las habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana. 

Las áreas comunes están abiertas con amplias vistas del agua y amplios asientos tanto en interiores como en exteriores. Aproveche el porche cubierto de gran tamaño con vista al muelle cubierto. El chef familiar también disfrutará de la cocina gourmet bien surtida y las áreas de parrilla al aire libre.

Convenientemente ubicado a minutos de Rt. 33 y Beach Island Marina, esta casa de vacaciones se encuentra en una cala privada con aguas profundas y tranquilas.  Un camino de entrada suavemente inclinado hace que sea fácil para usted y sus invitados aprovechar al máximo el amplio estacionamiento y espacio para su RV o remolque de barco. La casa tiene una vista sin obstáculos de la cala, ya que se encuentra con el pintoresco río Clinch.  Solo la belleza de la cala y el río es visible desde nuestra gran cubierta cubierta que se envuelve alrededor de los dos lados de la casa, lo que permite excelentes vistas del agua y la belleza natural circundante.

El muelle cubierto siempre estará disponible para que nuestros huéspedes aprovechen las aguas profundas durante todo el año. Disfruta de nuestra terraza para nadar, practicar paddle surf y kayak. El agua tranquila de la cala proporciona un área segura y tranquila para que las familias disfruten del agua. Hemos proporcionado electricidad completa al muelle con la capacidad de controlar la corriente desde la parte superior de las escaleras para que pueda apagar el muelle mientras su familia aprovecha la cala.

Quiet with beautiful view

Very quiet setting with a beautiful view of the lake. House is spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood (hilly) roads for a good walk. Was able to hold a hour long Zoom meeting without any internet issues. Would book this house again.

Perfect Sisters Weekend Getaway

5 of us sisters had an amazing and much needed long weekend and Ned’s Norris Nook fit the bill. We absolutely loved so much about it. The kayaks were great, the hot tub was PERFECT for late night relaxing, the bonfire was fun, the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed so we didn’t even have to leave…. we brought ingredients for every meal and just had a blast for 3 nights! Of note…. we had to call property management twice for things that were anyone’s fault and both times were met with instant responses. The first time was because the internet connection was bad and the TVs weren’t working right. The pm (Naomi) came and reset the router and spent a LONG time making sure every TV worked. She was so helpful! The second time was because there was a major storm in the night and the next morning our dock had disengaged from the track. Therefore, we had no access to the dock. That day the pm was Amanda and she immediately sent a dock crew to get it back in line. We did puzzles, played cards, drank wine, soaked in the hot tub, fished, kayaked, had a bonfire, watched movies, cooked meals and had an amazing time. The beds (and all else) were very clean and so comfy. We loved the screened in porches. Would highly recommend this cabin. Hesitant to leave a good review cause we want it all to ourselves. Haha

Nice stay, beautiful view of Lake Norris

The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. House could also use more/better lighting on first floor. Very dim in the evenings. Nice place to stay if you’re planning on just staying at house. Otherwise, most other activities (I.e., hikes, shopping) are at least a 30-45 min drive away.

Relaxing Getaway

The house was beautiful and property was very private, this was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beds were comfortable, they provided plenty of beach towels, kayaks, and firewood (to be replaced if you used some). There are no houses across the lake, so you have an unobstructed view of the lake. Only advice if you're brining young ones is to buy a roll of window screen/mesh to wrap around the front porch rail so that it's childproofed. Overall, this house exceeded expectations and we plan to come back!

Beautiful Home With Bells and Whistles

Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and immaculately kept with all the utensils and towels you could need. Only complaints are the oven didn’t seem to regulate the temperature like it should. The upstairs also got exceptionally hot while downstairs was cold. The interior of the home feels very dark at night and could benefit from brighter lighting. The exterior was also lacking lights by the hot tub area, which could present a safety concern . All of that said, we would stay here again and were very pleased.

Amazing Norris Lake Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ned's Norris Nook! We have stayed at multiple different locations on Norris Lake and this one is definitely our favorite! It is so much easier to access than many homes on this lake, not to mention the stairs to the lake are much shorter than any of the other places we've stayed. The location on the lake is nice too, it's set back off of the main water way but not so far back in a cove that it takes a long time to get out on the boat. The house itself was so clean and well stocked and the AC and the wi-fi worked well. A couple suggestions would be to spray for wasps down by the dock, there's quite a few nests down there. Also, the pullout couch upstairs squeaks every time someone moves on it which isn't the greatest for sleeping. Overall, BEAUTIFUL home, we will be back!!

Excellent stay! Well stocked. Beds were comfortable (and my husband hates all beds). Got early check in. Great set up. Great water access! We had fun all day! And the view!! Highly recommend!

Great Lake stay

This property was perfect for our family! We had 6 adults and 2 infants and it worked great. Pros: house was gorgeous and very clean. It was stocked with lots of pans/bowls/utensils. The back porch is a stunner and we were outside the majority of our time there. The firepit is gorgeous and we were happy to find the lighting outside at night to be perfect with the string lights over firepit and motion sensor lighting on the stairs. After reading through many reviews we were pleasantly surprised how close the water and dock were to the house. Yes there are stairs but not that bad. Your calves will get a workout but it’s really very close compared to other properties. Cons: The trash apparently gets picked up on Wednesday, so if you check in for a weekend like we did on a Friday, the trash bins were completely full. We let the management company know and they responded to us right away. They were not able to fix the situation so we made due. The thermostat upstairs is also not working properly and leaves the room with multiple beds freezing at 62 and the other room warm at 74 right next to it. Overall we loved our stay and would love to stay here in the future! The house is truly stunning

Ned’s Norris Nook was a great place to celebrate family!!!

The place was nice, but it was really really dark inside. There wasn’t enough lighting and the walls were way too dark! The big beautiful windows were very dirty. Don’t get me wrong loved the place and would come back again if the lighting and paint on walls changed.
