"My hot water wasn’t working but the just gave me another room very promptly."

"The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to"

I asked to be moved and they refused to put me in a different room. it was very busy the first night of my stay even though they have quiet hours in the lobby."

In order to park my vehicle and pay for secured parking I was required to download a parking app. This was an inconvenience for me and in no way a benefit. There was a service charge for the use of this app. In no way did I experience a benefits from this service. This new process was not brought to my attention until I arrived at this facility.
