"We stayed in room 210 and we were disappointed with the bathroom facilities which was a portacabin block stuck in the room and was TINY. It ruined out stay to be honest because we booked 3 nights for a wedding in the area and wanted a nice place to get ready for the wedding and a mini break. It was a struggle to sit on the toilet as the door is literally in your face. No working extractor fan. This room is in serious need of attention because this isnt acceptable for over £120 a night. "Our stay was very good every item you wound need was there for cooking Tv all towels and cleaned every day, if there was one downside it didn’t have a lift as we were on the second floor and being in our seventies couldn’t carry our cases up fortunately we contacted the reception and they sent a person to help which was great other than that couldn’t fought it,"
