The staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, always available. The reception staff are all at home in several languages. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, with healthy cholces , and regularly topped up. It has a small but pleasant breakfast room where it is a pleasure to start the day. The balcony is cute and very Paris. Like so many hotels in Paris the room is compact but very well planned, and the whole of the hotel has been recently rebuilt (rather than renovared). You do have to imagine your room is about the size of a good cabin on a river cruise. Le Milie Rose definitely ranks 10/10 and merits the official 4 stars it has. There are many cafes and restaurants close by, with a range of ethnic choices as well as French. It has a larger lift than most such small hotels. There is a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk, and it is about 7 minutes walk to the nearest Metro stations (of which there are choices). It also close to the Gare Du Nord and the Gare de L'Est, though we would not recoomend walking to or from the hotel with your luggage in the heat of the Paris summer.

My wife and I stayed at Hôtel Gramont 17 years ago, before we had children, and always hoped we would return one day. This time, we came back with our two kids, and the experience did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, comfortable, beautifully located, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like coming home and created a special full-circle moment for our family. We also ate several times at Caffè Concerto downstairs, Chez Massimo et Michele, and the experience was exceptional. The food was excellent, but the warmth and hospitality made it unforgettable. One night, we returned late after seeing the Eiffel Tower illuminated, and the kitchen had already closed. Michele still thoughtfully sent us fresh zucchini and peppers, along with the best tiramisu we have ever had. From our first day to our final meal, we were treated like family. We left with hugs and kisses and memories our children will always cherish. Thank you to everyone at Hôtel Gramont and Chez Massimo et Michele for making our return to Paris so meaningful. We cannot wait to come back.

From the moment we arrived we felt extremely welcomed and the staff were available m for any question, any time. Belen and David in particular were exceptional, their customer service really made the stay. The hotel is in a perfect location for getting around Paris, and we absolutely loved our room. The quirky decorations came together so harmoniously, it gave the whole place real character. Breakfast was delicious, make sure you come hungry! I’ll absolutely be recommending the hotel to friends and family, and I’d love to book it again next time I’m in Paris.

The hotel was very central near of all amenities, perfeict. But we were very disappointed how small and basic was the room. The wardrobe door was not working properly. I tried to change, but it was fully booked. It was my husband 70's birthday and our wedding anniversary. And I want to be perfect. But above all, we enjoyed Paris very much.
