"Really enjoyed staying in Hana one night to give us more time and keep us from feeling rushed on the Road to Hana tour. Not having to drive there and back in one day felt so good. The unit at Hana Kai Maui was very spacious compared to the hotel where we stayed in Lahaina, and we had a great view of a black sand beach (not the famous black sand beach, but another one) and ocean. We walked out to the beach in the morning to catch the sunrise. I would definitely stay again, but there's one thing...

"Not super fancy but nicely decorated. The place was very clean. Parking was nice to have an assigned spot. The location was great with views of the ocean. Keep in mind the beach is very rocky. The bedroom is next to the parking lot and since there is no AC it’s nice to have the windows open but you also hear the traffic as well. Having beach towels a cooler and chairs was so nice. "
