"Honestly, this place could use a major overhaul.. Although the gentleman behind the desk was very nice and accommodating, it was hard to look away and not notice how this motel was beyond low budget. I’m trying to be kind and respectful here. But if you could find a place that’s just $20 more, it may be worth it to stay elsewhere. The only reason we did not walk away is because we didn’t wanna have to deal with Expedia and we were in a hurry to get to an event that evening."

"Took almost an hour for someone to come up to the check in desk. Got to the room and asked if I can change rooms. They lied about hotel being sold out. I know because they turned away a couple for being underaged and they were in line before me. And they gave the me the room they were gonna give them. And another worker mentioned in front of that laundry needs to be done better because blankets are stained. Room clean was not done. Seen a roach on the night stand. Was going to record but it ran...

"I am pretty loyal to another hotel group. But due to poor planning on my part I need to select staybridge with IHG. I was more that pleasantly surprised with a separate two queen bedroom, large living room/kitchen combo. The entire hotel was clean and felt newer than it was. Also the breakfast was definitely a step up with many more choices than the bagels, yogurt and waffle maker."
