"The hotel was in a great area. We have never been to this hotel before, and was very pleased. The room was a nice size and the beds were amazing! The comforter and the wonderful pillows. I loved the coffee in the room and a actual coffee cup! We had huge windows in our room,and so it was nice to see the city. My only complaint was the elevator broke and when we got home we had to climb 5 flights, and I have a bad knee. Too bad they did not have another set of elevators. The other concern was...

"Hiking trails were great. Not all facilities were open as advertised. Room was fairly sparse and we were given a room at the very very far end of the 3rd floor which seemed unnecessary since the hotel was not in a way full. Overall disappointing stay and not worth the money spent."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were deliciously comfortable. I appreciated that they had both firm and fluffy pillows and soft cotton sheets. The room was pretty. We were not bothered at all by sound from the neighborhood pub downstairs (I was worried when I saw it, but it was not a problem at all). I will definitely stay here again."

"A young person named September checked us in and she was fabulous! Very nice and gave good restaurant recommendations. I liked where the hotel is located with the different food options and easy to get to the freeway. The breakfast options were great. Fresh fruit and the hot breakfast options were nice. I will definitely book here again"

"The property was in a great location with wonderful staff, but for the price not the greatest. Rooms were okay, rips in the couches and bedding. Pool is really enclosed and dingy. Mold inside the hot tub. Place needs a refresh."

"I am a Marriott person so staying at this boutique was not idea at all. No amenities, coffee shop closed at 5 and no other places to go to get drinks or snacks. Hotel was old and considered leaving the first night but the rest of the attendees stayed at the hotel and complained about tvs not working, AC not working and still going back and forth with my $15 per day credit."

"Loved this place! We booked a room that seemed to be more geriatric friendly, saw there were rooms with a jacuzzi in them and kindly asked to upgrade. The staff was more than willing, they were kind, and overall great communicators. The place was clean, the AC/heat worked great, everything was 10/10."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Great food from the Bistro. Only wish was that the hotel had a pool and a jacuzzi. That was our only disappointment. Nice area of town. We felt safe. Close to a lot of things to see!"
