Each town offers its own unique attractions, from the historic spa town of Buxton to the parks and shops in Matlock, Ashbourne also features the Dovedale stepping stones which make a fantastic walk. Around a 30 minute drive away I Alton Towers Theme Park if you wish to have a more activity filled day, or head to Carsington Waters where you can choose to do an 8 mile route around the reservoir or partake in water sports or bird watching.
