Ultimate luxury resort style home on Matlacha

This is a single family home in highly desirable Matlacha. Matlacha features fun art galleries, dining and boating.

The home is a 3 BR 3 BA home with a resort style pool, a wine tasting room, a game room and open water views. The pool features a waterfall and a hot tub with great sunset views. The pool is heated and generally is 80 degrees. The only exception is during a cold snap when guests would enjoy the hot tub.

The game room has a pool table, ping pong table and foosball game. Create a fun competition to see who emerges the champion.

The master suite is a loft with 270 degree panoramic water views. The master bath was completely redesigned with a soaking tub and spa type shower. The soaking tub enjoys the spectacular views. The master suite features two recliners with your private TV space.

Watch the dolphins and manatees as you enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor table.

At the end of the day watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. For cool nights there is a fire pit by the sea wall to enjoy the sunset viewing. Sunsets are spectacular all year.

A commercial level treadmill is in the game room for your daily exercise.

All bedrooms feature king size beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen features a Thermador induction cooking stove for the chef in your group. Lots of spices and seasonings are available for your use. We love to travel the world and search for fun seasonings that we share with our guests. There are all of the necessary accoutrements to prepare and serve gourmet meals. Why go anywhere else? The best view is right here.

While here don’t miss the day trip to Cayo Costa or Cabbage Key. The ferry is 15 minutes from the house. Also dinner at the world renowned Tarpon Lodge. Other fun activities include kayaking, fishing, the Edison Ford winter estate, Randell Research Center and so much more.

Beautiful Sunsets

This is the perfect property to rent if you want to see beautiful sunsets every night! Our family had a great time. We brought our boat and went out fishing everyday while the rest of the family enjoyed lounging by the refreshing pool. The house was by far the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed in. We made great meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the game room. One of the highlights of the trip was the amazing master bathroom! The shower at the end of the fun filled day was awesome! The owner was so communicative and accomodating with anything we asked. Thank you so much for sharing your home! We hope to return to this beautiful house someday soon!!

Best Location for a Truly Relaxing Vacation

This house on Matlacha was exactly as described with a location so perfect it is indescribable. Our party had 3 couples so we were each able to enjoy a bit of privacy as we had our own suite (although the loft was not as private as the other two). With the pool area, game rooms, and various board games available there was plenty to do if we got tired of staring at the water. And the hostess was amazing. She quickly responded to a minor issue and solved the problem immediately. I would rent again from them! If you want to relax, see amazing sunsets, and watch a fire a night this is the place for you.

Winter Escape

The sunsets and views from the back patio are absolutely amazing. We saw dolphin that swam within feet of our seawall. The owners, Janet and Tim were very helpful and responsive. The house had everything we needed to have a wonderful time with our friends. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This house was absolutely beautiful!! It was hard to leave for sure.

This place was everything and more!! There is so much to do here on this island and we found ourselves just wanting to stay and relax at the house by the pool, we did a lot of fishing we had dolphins come up about every morning why we drinking our hot chocolate it was absolutely amazing We got to meet the owners as well, they were really sweet people, They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!! Great stay

Stayed for a week with my two children (age 12 and 9), my husband and parents in law. The house was large and had more then enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked/grilled every meal. The kids enjoyed the game room with pool table, ping pong table etc. the highlight was the outdoor seating area/pool. Great view and would definitely stay again.

Incredible vacation awaits you!

This place was perfect! Great location near restaurants, right on the water, lots of fish and dolphins right off the patio. Great pool, spa, patio, fire pit, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, matresses, and decorating. Literally could not be better. Loved it and will stay again. Owners are fantastic and very helpful.

Great Winter getaway

Excellent place to stay, location is quiet and has everything you need close by. The house is really really nice and well stocked with anything you would need. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Only trouble was that it seemed a challenge to heat the pool and that could have been on us not knowing how to use the controls.

Casa Indulgence did not disappoint. Spacious home with space to hang out, comfortable king size beds and a backyard with just about everything you could ever want. The owners respond quickly to anything you need. We'll be back!

Great vacation home. Enjoyed the many amenities they had to offer. Really bad storm while there, but we survived. Listing said 2 King and 1 Queen. Actually had 3 King suites. Nice surprise.

Beautiful home

This was the most relaxing vacation that we have ever had. We didn’t even need to leave the house. It had everything that we needed. The pool and spa were amazing. We saw dolphins and manatees everyday! I would definitely book this home again

Sunsets & Fun!

The home is well appointed and positioned perfectly for afternoon sunsets. We brought our flats boat and caught plenty of snook and tarpon. I highly recommend this home and look forward to returning.

Relaxing

The house and the location make a very relaxing vacation. It was quiet, except for an occasional passing boat. There are a few restaurants nearby but with the patio and pool layout, sunset views, and updated workable kitchen, we ate in almost every night. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom shower is awesome. The owners are easy to contact and work with.
