"This house is incredible! I couldn’t be more thankful that we chose this house, unfortunately since we went in May it was rainy but because of this house’s beautiful amenities we were about to make the most of our stay with rain or shine! We had so much fun playing board games, fishing, talking in the jacuzzi, it was the perfect fit! "

"We've been staying on pine Island for years, and we really enjoyed our stay at the 57 in Matlacha. We took advantage of the bikes and the hot tub just about every day. Loved waking up and seeing the water every morning, even had a pair of manatee swim by! Overall our stay was very pleasant and convenient to everything we love! I highly recommend the 57, it's spacious and very comfortable. My suggestions to the owner would be to invest in a few lamps, taller kitchen garbage can and a colander."

"This was our second time staying at this property. Great location. Beds (including the pull-out couch) were very comfortable. Neighbors helpful. I cannot say the house totally met our expectations though. When we stayed here 3 years ago the online pictures for this listing were accurate, but now all the rugs and colorful pictures and decor have been removed so it is not nearly as cute and fun. Perhaps the owners are just redecorating, but if this is the case, the online pictures and description...
