We chceked in on Feb21st late night. Our bathroom had leaking water on the floor. We called front desk and they sent a guy. He saw a pipe leaking and closed it. Yes the water leak stopped. But morning we went to take a shower and there was no hot water or rather no water coming at all from the pipes. We called front desk again. They took half hour to send somebody. The guy came and noticed the pipe was closed and he opened it, the one that was closed at night. we did get hot water. But again the bathroom had constant leak, with wet floors. They changed our room, which was supposed to be a bigger room. Actually it was same size room, but configuration was different. Instead of a couch it had a 3rd bed. 2 days we got just luke warm water. 3rd or 4th day manager asked how our stay was. We told him we are not getting hot water. He sent somebody, dont know what they did, got really nice hot water for one day. Then again same problem. Then we used our creativity and was heating water in the coffee pot, and filled the bucket with hot water, half the bucket and mixed cold water and took a bath. We did that the rest of our stay. The hotel is under renovation. Very dusty, old dusty carpets on the floor. The roof top restaurant was good. Food was good. Staff are excellent. However, it had uneven levels with a raised step which is not at all visible. I fell, and hurt my toe and knees. Toe was swollen for a week. Fortunately no fractures. Front desk Lily was helpful.
