Summary:

As good as it gets in Matapouri! Enjoy a fantastic property with beautiful Matapouri beach just a 200m walk to the end of the road, and the dairy (corner store) right around the corner, this is the perfect spot for a large group getaway comfortably sleeping up to 11 people. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our Magic spot. Walk to the beach - the wood fired pizzeria, the tennis court or a scenic

coastal stroll over to the beautiful Whale Bay. This little village is designed for easy summer fun and you'll be right in the centre of it!



The Space:

These 2 charming self contained houses are set up for families but are equally ideal for a couples escape. A typical Kiwi bach experience with the mod cons, of Wi-fi and smart tv for relaxing when you've had enough of the summer heat. This is the perfect escape from the city. Book now to experience a quintessential New Zealand beach holiday!



Enjoy the large flat lawn, great for summer games and lounging in the garden enjoying a BBQ.

The Main house has open plan living, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, WC and laundry. Comfortably sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms

Bedroom1 - One single and one single bunk and

Bedroom2 - One queen bed.



The Little Bach -

3 bedroom with kitchen and full bathroom, sleeping 6.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed

Bedroom 3 - 1 Single beds and 1 optional trundler bed



With your holiday property manager living locally, we look forward to being of service to you to ensure your stay with us goes well.



You'll have the whole property to yourself, both houses and all the outdoor space that 2 whole families might need. Plenty of parking for the boat.



Please note property water source is a bore and water tank so we do ask guests to use water sparingly as is a precious resource in the peak of summer.



Prior to arrival we will email you the Directions and key location for the property you have booked will be provided to you within 7 days prior to your arrival.

We will prepare everything for your arrival, and leave to your holiday uninterrupted, however we are close by if you have any questions at any time.

The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked.  Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking.

Please advise at least 2 days prior to your arrival If you require any additional linen changes to avoid any extra costs as per our terms and conditions.



No pets at the property sorry and we are unable to accomodate tents.



Guest Access:

Private access to both houses and facilities on the property.



The Neighborhood:

Relaxed - the whole Matapouri community is a summer playground, with kids jumping off the bridge into the river. Stalls at the Matapouri hall, walks on grass verges to avoid hot summer road, from the ice-cream parlour back to the beach - or for delicious wood fired pizza on offer in summer season back to the bach. Matapouri Memories is right amongst it in walking distance to it all.

If you require specific beds made up for your group Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Linen changes during your stay will incur additional fees.

We are local and available if you need us :)

However, check in and check out are contactless, We tend to leave our guests to enjoy their stay uninterrupted.
