Waterfront Ranch on The Delaware River

This little chunk of paradise is located RIGHT ON THE DELAWARE RIVER in Pennsylvania's Tri-state area (NY/NJ/PA). This spot has a little bit of everything, the perfect combination of city and seclusion!

This home is a recently renovated ranch style home that offers single floor living with an open floor plan. Cathedral ceilings in the living room and master suite (attached bath) give this home a very spacious feel. Your views are of trees and flowing water! Your living room leads you to your deck, overlooking the backyard space and The Delaware River! You may wish to experience some local waterfalls, stroll through the small town of Milford, PA and/or Port Jervis, NY, kayak/tube the river, or you may be completely content sitting back, relaxing and watching the river rolls by!

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love this house! The host is wonderful and communicative. The house is clean, cozy, and warm. The beds are great and there is plenty of room for 5 adults. And you just can't beat being next to the Delaware River! We look forward to staying here again next time we are in town!

Best Location and Cozy House

We had the best time at this house. The location on the river was so nice, we loved watching the ice flow on the river each day. The house was so clean, beds comfy, and was totally equipped for the holidays. The owners did some holiday decorations which made us feel welcome staying away for the holidays. Would totally recommend.

Beautiful Getaway Location

My husband and I were so thrilled with Eagle Landing! It was our own little getaway right on the Delaware River, and our host couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating! The entire house was charming and impeccably clean! We were even left with campfire snacks, and chocolate covered pretzels from a local candy shop! The area is incredibly beautiful, and my son couldn't get enough of the friendly chickens who came around each evening! I am so impressed with this gem of a getaway. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! Being on the water is so peaceful it’s just what you need before the holiday season. Krystyn responded quickly to any of my questions and was a great help! Hopefully we’ll get back sometime soon!

Riverside respite

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house by the river! House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and it was a perfect spot for the 5 of us. It was a joy to be able to drink coffee outside by the riverside!

Idyllic vacation home

My family had a wonderful time vacationing in your cottage! It had everything we could wish for and more. Having vacationed on lake properties, it was a special treat to watch the steady flow of the river gliding by while lying in the hammock. Before we arrived, I was a little worried about lack of privacy, considering that there was a big mall area close by as well as nearby neighbors, but amazingly enough the we had plenty of privacy. It was a pleasant walk to the mall, and the neighbors were friendly but not intrusive. Also, you were very hospitable and helpful.

A Little Slice of Paradise

We loved this house…so comfortable and had everything we needed and more. A cocktail on the patio overlooking the river, watching the tubes and kayaks pass by was a nightly ritual. A very good week indeed. Thank you Kristin for being the delightful person you are.

Lovely place to stay!

We were so pleased when we arrived as we took in the place and the beautiful location. Everything we needed was available to us. Our hosts were wonderful and so responsive. The bedrooms were very comfy, bathrooms were clean and the sectional couch worked wonderfully for the three of us to sit and chat morning through the night. The outdoors was great to drink coffee in the AM and margaritas in the evening. We were able to enjoy the firepit too! Though brief, we did see a few bald eagles too!! I just can't say enough! If you are looking for a great place to spend a few days or a week to relax or explore, this property is well worth it and also nearby Milford for hiking, waterfalls and to just walk around the great little town! This is definitely a return down the road place to revisit. Thank you to Krystyn and family for sharing this great place.

Relaxing River Cabin

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the River! The house is immaculate, and is stocked with all the little things (pantry items, shampoo & conditioner, etc) to make your stay comfortable. Nice furniture and really comfy bed….The area has sooo much to offer, be it shopping, outdoor activities, restaurants all within 30 minutes or less. We hope to be back in the fall. 😊🍁🍁

Beautiful!

My spouse and I stayed at this property for a little weekend getaway, they weren’t exaggerating when they said right on the river! It was so peaceful and relaxing, we throughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend it. The home was beautiful, had everything we needed and was charming and cozy! We enjoyed some hiking and fishing energy at Stokes and the riverbank at the home offered more than enough space to fish there, too!

Serenity!

The home is spotless, and the location on the water is awesome. My husband enjoyed fly fishing, and caught several fish. It feels like you are miles from civilization , when in fact you are just minutes from shops and restaurants . We would love to return in the future.

Thoughtfully appointed, gorgeous property

We wanted a getaway on the Delaware River and this was just right. Krystyn and Mark have done a great job creating beautiful spaces that are thoughtfully appointed. The view of the Delaware passing by is just SO peaceful, and you are "away from it all" while still being a few hundred yards from groceries and restaurants and other amenities. We think the other cabins at Eagles Landing were occupied but the site is laid out so you don't really see your neighbors. The home was filled with thoughtful touches that gave us many smiles - s'mores makings, tea and coffee, salt and pepper, mints by the beds, and soap provided for the dishwasher, sink, and washing machine. The smart tvs make it easy to watch your own streaming services while away from home. Everything is new and well maintained. We were assuming it would be much cooler there than home, but we were wrong. However, the house is underneath lovely mature trees and stayed cool just with some help from the window air conditioners in the back two bedrooms. As the pictures show, there are chickens but no roosters. So our sleep was uninterrupted! Krystyn was very responsive when we had a small issue - the attentiveness and availability were much appreciated.

Great getaway place

This house was a perfect place to getaway. Thus was my first tim using Vrbo and Krystyn is the best host. We would recommend her and the property to everyone. The house was clean and provided the basic needs. Hoping to get back there next year!

Meguto mucho la casa. Muy limpia las habitaciones con muy buen espacio, los baños preciosos y la casa en general muy bien... Y no se puede que dar la maravillosa vista al río y ese sonido de tranquila y un aire fresco que cambiaría por la ciudad. 100 de 100 para mi I love the house a lot. Very clean rooms with very good space, beautiful bathrooms and the house in general very well... And you can not give the wonderful view of the river and that sound of calm and fresh air that would change for the city. 100 out of 100 for me
