Villa Castore is a large property situated about 350 meters from the center of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, a lovely village halfway between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. Sorrento and Positano are 7 km far, while the fisherman village of Nerano 5 km away.
The villa measures 400 m2, it develops on three levels and it has 6 bedrooms, a fully­equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and can sleep up to 13 people.
On the ground floor, where is the entrance, we find a fully equipped kitchen with ice­maker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine; the dining­room, sauna, jacuzzi that can accommodate together all the guests of the villa, a double en suite bedroom.
On the first floor, with a second entrance, there are three double bedrooms (one with a sleeping sofa) each of them equipped with en suite bathroom and a terrace with a gorgeous view.
On the second floor we find two double bedrooms both with en suite bathroom, Jacuzzi and a further living room with another sleeping sofa.
Outside, the villa features a large garden, solarium and the swimming pool.
Villa Castore has air conditioning in all rooms and central heating, for winter months.
Finally, there is also parking space available for the guests.

Neighborood and transportation
Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is located near Massalubrense, in the Sorrento peninsula between the gulfs of Salerno and Naples. In this part of the Sorrento peninsula there are some of the most beautiful beaches.
Finally from this area you can reach Sorrento in about 20 minutes by car.

Rental rules
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum stay 3 nights. They include the exclusive use of the property, the change of bed linen twice a week and of the towels daily. House cleaning included (3 hours per day, from Monday to Saturday).
The villa is for 12 + 1 pax
Use of the room with spa, sauna and indoor pool and relaxation area included.
The heating of the Jacuzzi and the use of the sauna are separate and the rate is € 120.00 per day (with notice of at least 24 hours)

Check-in time: from 3:00 pm
Check-out time: by 10:00 am

Important notice: a deposit of € 500 has to be paid in advance in case of damages and it will be returned at the end of the stay.
City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
