En un entorno encantador rodeado de limoneros y olivos, este nuevo apartamento vacacional de 2 dormitorios en el último piso (el amable propietario vive en el primer piso) tiene balcones y terrazas para admirar las amplias vistas principalmente de la bahía de Nápoles con Capri a la izquierda.
Bellamente y cómodamente amueblado, este apartamento es ideal para aquellos que desean disfrutar del ambiente tranquilo de la península sorrentina y relajarse junto a la piscina en medio de los limoneros.

Desde las puertas con mando eléctrico de la propiedad hay 48 escalones a través de la terraza lateral de los propietarios, hasta la terraza trasera del apartamento La Vigna.
La entrada al pasillo, a la izquierda, es el gran comedor / sala de estar con sofá cama, ventana panorámica y 2 balcones con vistas al mar. Las puertas correderas separan la cocina que está bien equipada con nevera / congelador, cocina de gas y horno.
Habitación doble con balcón y vistas al mar, baño con bañera, WC, etc.
Dormitorio principal doble con baño en-suite.

La piscina compartida La Vigna mide 7,50 m X 4,00 m. y su profundidad es de 1,00 m. a 1,80 m. El propietario tendrá la piscina abierta desde finales de mayo hasta principios de octubre, pero prometió que si el clima continúa, ¡no vaciará la piscina ‘hasta finales de octubre!

Los otros dos apartamentos de vacaciones que componen la villa son - Gioia - Il Sorriso.

La propiedad se encuentra aprox. 250 metros de la gran Piazza S. Francesco y se accede a través de un carril muy estrecho.
El estacionamiento está en la Piazza y el transporte de equipaje está incluido tanto a la llegada como a la salida.
Aviso: para aquellos que tienen un automóvil, en la Piazza S. El estacionamiento de Francesco es gratuito pero no privado y el viernes por la mañana hay un mercado callejero cuando los vehículos deben estacionarse un poco más lejos.

Beautiful house and stay but far. Need a car.
Beautiful house with the most amazing views. It’s off the beaten literally. The property manager was so great and showed us everything. The house could have been stocked a bit more. Kitchen had no soap and nothing to clean dishes with. The tv didn’t work during our stay. We were told upon check out we were supposed to unplug it to restart it. You need a car for this house as it’s up the mountain.

Schön gelegen und einzigartiger Ausblick !
Wir haben uns gedacht, alles im Bereich + für gut und - gleich negativ zu bewerten. Zunächst die positiven Dinge: + Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für vier Personen + Zwei Balkone und eine große Terrasse laden zum verweilen ein. + Die Aussicht, vor allem aus dem Wohnzimmer, ist einfach einmalig! Von Capri, über Ischia, bis hin zum Golf von Neapel, alles auf einen Blick ! - Das Haus kann nicht ganz angefahren werden, der Fußweg beträgt ca 200 Meter und steigt zum Haus stark an. Alle Einkäufe müssen noch ein Stück zu Fuß getragen werden. - Die ganze Ortschaft bzw. Umgebung befindet sich in einer zum Teil steilen Hanglage . - Ein ganz persönlicher und negativer Eindruck ist leider geblieben: donnerstags muss der Parkplatz wegen eines Wochenmarkts geräumt werden. Leider hatte ich mein Fahrzeug nicht weit genug entfernt, sodass mein Auto abgeschleppt wurde. Bei der örtlichen Polizei bezahlte ich 30€, aber mein Fahrzeug stand beim Abschleppdienst in 5 Kilometern Entfernung, die ich in der prallen Sonne zu Fuß zurücklegen musste. Dort zahlte ich die übliche gebühr von 150€ . Als ich zum fahrzeug kam, sah ich, dass das auto an der Beifahrertür beschädigt war, offensichtlich durch den Abschleppdienst. Doch dieser übernahm keine Verantwortung, auch die Polizei gab sich nicht interessiert. Auf 450€ bleibe ich nun sitzen, das hätte ich mir doch gerne anders vorgestellt !! - Insgesamt sind die menschen die wir angetroffen haben eher zurückhaltend, bis reserviert. -

Fabulous view- stay
Villa has wonderful views over the bay and Capri, sunsets were stunning. Villa requires a walk from car park and up a short steep driveway. Luggage was transported on arrival and departure by owners-who were loverly. We had a car, location was fabulous- very easy public transport into the madness of Sorrento. Wonder restaurants around, of all price ranges. Highly recommend this accomodation.

This property excels in two aspects, the view and the tranquility away from the hustle in Naples or Sorrento. he walk back from the parking to the house in the evening or night is very pleasant. The property is ideal for children who can jump into the pool or explore the lemon groves. The house itself is a little dated but very comfortable and very clean. I also would like to stress that Augusto was the best help one could ask for.

Beautifully positioned apartment
Excellent choice! The view is astounding the apartment is lovely and the grounds are beautiful.. We loved staying here for our 8 days in Masa Lubrense.. 5 stars all the way! iIt s only a short walk up to the apartment from the parking lot. There is a very good restaurant close by and the town is walking distance. Sorrento is only 20 minutes away and it was lovely to come back to the property after a long day exploring and have a dip in the pool. Thank you again Madame Pina for the potatoes and all the lemons..

Vi ble positivt overrasket over huset. Lå idyllisk til med sitrontrær på alle kanter. Bassengområdet var nydelig. Deilig å ha tilgang til solsenger og solstoler, badehåndklær også. Vertskapet bodde i etasjen under, de var veldig hyggelige. Stor veranda med nydelig utsikt over havet, balkonger på de tre andre sidene av huset.

Nice panorama
We stayed 2 weeks in "La Vigna" in August. The property was perfect for our family of 6. The house seat in middle of lemon and olive trees and it is perfect location for discovering Pompeii, Capri or the Amalfi cost. Views from the flat are beautiful toward Capri and Naples. The swimming pool provide a good compromise for the lack of beach in this region. However, the property has also 2 other flats to rent and it could be crowded if everyone is using the pool in same time. You also need to be prepare to walk 15 to 20 mn to get to the shops or restaurants (the house is situated on a hill with steeper slope). The highlight of our holiday was a private boat tour that toke us from Sorrento to Positano and Capri with some swim in the shimmering blue waters of the Amalfi Cost. Limoncello and sunshine are guaranteed !!

Magnific view on the Sorento coast
We had a great time staying at La Vigna, it was a bit hot and some air blower would be an improvement, but the location up in Massa Lubrense and the view and the pool, perfectly refreshing, make our stay a really good experience. The pizzeria just down the little road was such a great place. If you’re traveling without a car please note the bus you have to take to go about 1km from the house, it’s Sita bus Sorrento to Massa Lubrense. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you to Laura and Augusto for the help and all the info.

Lovely peaceful location with stunning views!
We had a wonderful holiday at La Vigna. It is a peaceful location, ideal for exploring the area but away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Massa Lubrense is a nice small town with shops and cafes. The restaurant in the square (where you need to park your car) serves great pizzas, and the staff are very friendly. As the apartment is on the top floor you have privacy from any other guests (there are 2 smaller flats on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor), but the best thing is the views, both from the terrace and the balconies - huge vistas, including Capri, to watch the ferries passing by. The accommodation is clean and very spacious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the family. Good wifi signal too, essential for the teenagers. Would highly recommend!

Perfect in every way
Great property with everything we needed and more. We liked being out of Sorrento where it was lovely and quiet but easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in the car or via bus. The owners were so friendly and even though they didn't speak English they did their best to help when needed and also kept our son very happy with endless supply of fresh apricots! The pool was lovely and refreshing at the end of a hot day and the apartment was extremely spacious both inside and out. Great restaurant at the end of the road and breathtaking views from all sides of the apartment. We were met by Augustus who was such a great source of information and spent a long time going through everything which was great and this was further complimented by a great folder in the house with everything you need to know. Overall can't recommend this location highly enough - we will be back!

Alles genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bilder abgebildet. Mit den 2 weiteren Ferienwohnungen im unteren Bereich wird sich der Gemeinschaftspool geteilt. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Eigentümer. Sehr strukturierter Empfang mit einem "Begrüßungsordner", der über die genaue Lage, weiterer Reisemöglichkeiten sowie über Märkte, Spezialitäten etc. Aufklärt. Sehr sauberes großes Appartement mit tollen Bädern. Auch der Pool war stets sauber. Der kleine Weg von der Piazza bis zum Appartement ist entsprechend der kompletten Amalfiküste naturbelassen Gehalten und ermöglicht über den kompletten Weg eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Direkt an der Piazza befindet sich ein super Restaurant, das wir nur empfehlen können. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen dieses Appartement gerne weiter.

We had a wonderful stay at La Vigna - it is an incredible location with stunning sea views and a lovely pool. The owners and local reps were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was slightly under-equipped, but we pointed this out so hopefully it will be addressed. All in all, a great find.

Charming apartment in stunning location, great facilities
We (family of 4 with an 18 and a 13 year old) loved the location of the apartment, with amazing views over the Sorrento peninsula and out to Capri, Ischia and Naples. The pool was great to find and great to use on long hot days - especially as the local marinas are not the best for swimming. The apartment is one of 3 holiday lets on the site, this apartment is on the top floor. There are two holiday apartments on the ground floor and the owner and family live on the first floor. The owner was really friendly and helpful at all times. The management company was highly professional - we were met at the appointed time and place in Massa Lubrense and shown to the apartment, which we probably would not have found alone even with good directions. We had a full briefing when arriving at the apartment so we knew where everything was, this really helped us settle in. Parking was 200m away from the apartment which required a walk, but porterage was arranged for our bags on arrival and departure. On the occasions we did have a query, we had a response from the manager within minutes which we were happy with. The only issue with the apartment was due to noise from the owner's family living in the flat below us. There was normally some shouting in the mornings. This was not a huge issue on the top floor due to being above and with the bedrooms at the other end of the building, however families on the ground floor had it worse. This is the only reason for reducing the rating which would have been an easy 5 stars otherwise. However we did have a brilliant holiday, loved the apartment and location, and enjoyed exploring the region by car (not for the faint-hearted!) and great boat trips to Capri and the Amalfi coast.

schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht und schönem Pool
Wir waren im Nachhinein sehr froh, dass wir eine Unterkunft mit Pool hatten, in der Region kann man am Meer nicht wirklich baden. Es gibt einfach zu wenig Stellen, wo man wegen der Steilküste ins Wasser kann bzw. in der Nähe dieser irgendwo parken kann. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Sorrento-Halbinsel daher weniger empfehlenswert. Ansonsten eine schöne Gegend mit ursprünglichen kleinen und super preiswerten Gemüseläden. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist die Besichtigung des Vesuvs.
