Villa Stone on the Sea has a hilltop location in Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento peninsula.



The 135m² villa is spread over two floors, the villa has a large sea-facing terrace. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for 8 people.



Outside, plants and flowers fill the splendid garden which has a sea-view pool, surrounded by sun beds and deckchairs, a patio with tables and chairs, bench seating, outdoor furniture and parasols. On the first floor, the sea view terrace has wicker armchairs, a table, chairs and parasols, offering guests the opportunity to relax and absorb the magnificent views.



For your added convenience, there’s space for two parked cars outside. The main entrance from the garden is shared with the residents next door. The terrace and the swimming pool area are private, not shared with anyone.



The villa interiors are airy and bright. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a large open plan living space with a wooden table and wicker chairs, armchairs and 3 sofas. This leads into the kitchen area which includes a 4-burner hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, dresser and a table for 4. In short, everything you need for a perfect holiday.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS



Access to the bedrooms and bathrooms is via an internal staircase or external steps:



• Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables, dressing table with wicker chair, TV, double wardrobe with sliding doors, window, French windows with access to the terrace with chairs

• Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, double wardrobe with sliding doors, French windows with access to terrace

• Bedroom 3: Fun children’s bedroom with bunkbeds, 2 chest of drawers, 2 one-door wardrobes, window

• Tourist tax 3,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights. Children under 18 years do not pay

• Damage deposit 300,00 euros

• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM until midnight 60,00 euros. For arrivals after midnight will be requested a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros
