Surrounded by the greenery of the Sorrento Peninsula, in a quiet and panoramic rural area of Massa Lubrense, Villa Felice is a beautiful independent villa designed for families and small groups seeking privacy, relaxation and comfort. The property offers a peaceful retreat away from the busiest tourist areas, while remaining ideally located to explore the highlights of the region.



The villa is conveniently close to essential services, with local shops just a few minutes away, and approximately 2 km from Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, known for its excellent restaurants and public bus connections. The sandy beaches of Cala di Puolo are about 5–6 km away, while the charming coves of Nerano can be reached in approximately 7–8 km.



The center of Sorrento, with Piazza Tasso, the port and the Circumvesuviana train station (providing easy access to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples), is located about 8 km away, as is the ferry port for Capri and Ischia. Driving along the scenic coastal road, Positano can be reached in approximately 19–20 km and Amalfi in about 30 km, while Naples International Airport is around 60 km away.



This location makes Villa Felice an ideal base for combining beach days, cultural excursions and moments of total relaxation, returning each evening to a quiet setting immersed in nature, with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Capri.



With an internal surface of over 100 m², Villa Felice features 2 bedrooms, spacious and well-equipped outdoor areas, and a private swimming pool, making it ideal for families or small groups.



A car is recommended for getting around the area comfortably. Parking is available nearby (free public spaces, subject to availability).

The ground floor hosts a modern and comfortable living room, furnished with:

• Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom, featuring a Queen-size bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating, with the option to add one extra single bed.

• En-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower.

• Second bathroom on the floor with bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet, and a window with sea view.

Description and images misleading

Generally the stay was pleasant and the owner great. However there were no photos of the second bedroom which had no bedroom storage. The very steep and uneven path to the villa was challenging and would not be suitable for a family with young children the elderly or anyone with mobility problems. Also the villa was in need of a make over as is was very tired compared to the photos.
