"Staff was nice and the room was clean. My only issue was being stuck in the elevator and not knowing how long it would take. The fire department had to get us out, it would have been nice to know we were waiting on the fire department. Even though it was only 20 to 30 minutes, it felt like forever."

"The staff were all decent people but the sheets were like sleeping on plastic. The Buffett breakfast consisted of literally just toast because they were out of everything. The shades in my room were awful. Lastly, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and the people staying there were sketchy as hell."

"Unfortunately we got locked out of our room because of an error on the hotel’s part they gave us a room with a broken door. We waited an hour or so for the owner to come and you could tell it’s happened multiple times before the door had marked of other attempts.i just wish I did pay full price for a not fully functioning room"
