Lower Casita Mi Media Naranja-Ocean View with Kitchen

Enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of San Pancho from the lower level of this private, fully detached two-level casita located at the top of Costa Azul hill. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and awake to an expansive garden and ocean view from the kitchen-equipped lower-level casita. The beach is a 2-minute walk down the hill. A 15-minute beach walk takes you to the pueblo, which offers international cuisine, laid-back vibe, and a variety of entertainment.

Partial ocean view from the bedroom and patio.

Kitchen has a stove, oven, sink and mini fridge.
Kitchen is equipped with plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the garden-area, which is shared with the upper-casita guests, if any. Both casita units have access to the front- and back-gates, as well as the parking area at the rear of the casita. This unit does NOT have the palapa roof. Both units can be rented together for a reduced price. Please inquire for rates.

Other things to note:
Please note that the casita is at the top of a hill, which offers sweeping views of the beach, ocean and Sayulita throughout the walk up the cobblestone-paved road. As such, the walk is steep in some areas. It's a 2-minute walk down the hill and a 5- to 10-minute walk back up, depending on how quickly you walk inclines.
