Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal muy atento, les recomiendo el restaurante, estuvo delicioso y la atencion igual espectacular. Salimos de madrugada y programaron nuestra salida y nos dieron un Lunch para llevar a nuestro vuelo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme

Fantastic stay here for 3 nights. Great location in como, amazing breakfast with prosecco even included. Staff very helpful. Free room upgrade too which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend a stay at the Palace hotel.

The entire stay was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly, occasional trouble with public transport to get up so take this in to account, but other than that it was an excellent week away!

Wir hatten ein kleines Appartement mit einer tollen Sicht auf die Stadt, von morgens bis später Nachmittag immer Sonne auf dem Balkon. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir werden diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder berücksichtigen.
