Elegant villa with garden near the sea

The villa is on two first floor levels with terrace and private garden and attic. The house consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with shower, a terrace with an equipped patio and a private garden.
The 3 bedrooms are one on the first floor and the others in the attic, have a double bed and a cot and can comfortably accommodate 7 people and a double sofa bed is also available in the living room.
The bright and cool house is surrounded by trees and has an excellent exposure therefore the equipped outdoor spaces (terrace also with gas barbecue) are also usable in the warm hours. It rises in a newly built stately residence surrounded by vegetation, typical of the Ionian belt, with lemons, oleanders, mimosas roses and jasmine which pours out a delicious scent in late spring, unlike most of the houses in the area, it is far from wild concreting. The comforts offered by the villa also allow guests to enjoy a stay surrounded by peaceful and relaxing greenery and reach the beach in a few minutes. The beach, in fact, is located in front of the house and the type of beach with small pebbles is ideal for children. The other strong point of the house is that all the most important tourist destinations of eastern Sicily can be reached in no time. the residence is also ideal for family stays with children and the elderly.

We stayed at Camilla’s place in Fondachello for about 10 days at the end of May, as a group of six (five adults and one toddler) – and we couldn’t have wished for a better host or location.Even before we arrived, Camilla was incredibly helpful, providing us with plenty of useful information about the area, local shops, beach access, activities – and of course, where to find the best granita nearby!The house itself was spacious, clean, and offered enough room and privacy for everyone. The little garden was full of jasmine fragrance, and from the large balcony terrace we could see the smoke rising from Mount Etna – an unforgettable view.The beds were large and very comfortable, and the cozy kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals together.When we noticed that the built-in fridge wasn’t working properly, Camilla didn’t hesitate – and had a brand-new one delivered the very next day. Her warm and caring attitude really made us feel at home.The location is also fantastic: Catania, Syracuse, and Taormina are all within easy reach by car. For evening strolls or going out, nearby towns like Riposto and Giarre offer plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping options.We truly felt welcome and taken care of – Camilla’s place is a wonderful spot for anyone wanting to explore the beauty of eastern Sicily. Highly recommended!

Logement correspondant à ce que nous cherchions. Bien situé pour rayonner sur toute l'est de l'île. Assez grand pour 8 personnes. 2 places de parking. Camilla a été de très bon conseil pour les visites et la préparation de notre arrivée. Très belle vue sur l'Etna depuis le devant du jardin. Nous recommandons cette location !

Abbiamo trovato in Acquachiara la dimora ideale per trascorrere le nostre vacanze: base ideali per escursioni nei magnifici dintorni, ma anche comodissima per scendere rapidamente al mare su una larga spiaggia affacciata su un ampio golfo. Il paese offre buone possibilita' di negozi locali, di supermercati ed anche di ottimi ristoranti. La signora Camilla è stata prodiga di consigli in ogni campo.

Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sich Zeit genommen uns alle notwendigen Dinge in Ruhe zu erklären. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gesehen sehr schön, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer so ganz mitgespielt hat. Da sich die Wohnung in einem umzäunten Gelände befindet, gab es keine größeren Störungen von außerhalb. Der Blick auf den Etna ist sehr schön. In der Wohnung war alles enthalten, quasi wie daheim Die Betten und Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel. Mit 2 Bädern ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Herd wird mit Gas betrieben. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne mal wieder. Ein negativer Punkt gibt es auch noch. Ich verstehe nicht warum die Sizilianer ihren Müll am Straßenrand entsorgen, da die Mülltrennung wie bei uns funktioniert. Hier müssen die Leute echt an sich arbeiten. Auf Dauer könnte es abschreckend auf Gäste wirken, vor allem, wenn der extreme Schmutz schon eine Querstrasse vom Strand entfernt auftritt. Eigentlich schade. Auf dem Gelände wo die Wohnung, bzw das Haus lag, ist es dagegen sehr sauber.

Das Haus war nicht luxuriös aber für unsere Gruppe mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche war etwas klein und sehr simpel ausgestattet, wir konnten aber alles kochen, was wir wollten. Der Balkon und der kleine Garten waren super zum Spielen und Relaxen. Das Haus liegt in einer umzäunten Anlage, daher auch mit kleinen Kindern sicher. Wir waren über Ostern da. Es war wenig los in dieser Region, erst ab Ostern nahm der vor allem (italienische) Tourismus zu und diverse Restaurants etc. öffneten. Der steinige Strand war direkt über die Straße vor dem Haus erreichbar. Man konnte von hier sehr gut diverse Städte und Ausflugsziele an der Ostküste erreichen. Würden wieder hinfahren. Einziger Minus-Punkt für den unangenehm riechenden Kühlschrank.

Für alle, die das echte Sizilien kennenlernen wollen, ist es der perfekte Aufenthalt abseits von großen Hotelanlagen. Die Aussicht auf den Ätna ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und teilweise komplett neu renoviert. Am angrenzenden Campingplatz wird deutsch gesprochen und man kann dort sehr gut essen. Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr viele lohnende Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, Auto ist von Vorteil, kann aber auch vor Ort gemietet werden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben.

De woning is rustig, je hebt geen last van andere bewoners. Mooi balkon met zicht op de Etna. Goede parkeer gelegenheid. De eigenaresse was heel vriendelijk en had veel tips. De woning is ruim genoeg maar eenvoudig ingericht. Ruimte om te barbecuen en lopend naar het strand. Het strand is wel alleen een strand zonder horeca. Goede locatie voor bezoek aan Etna en Taormina. Lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Wil je zonder de auto er is een camping vlak blij waar je ook lekker kunt eten.

Ottimo soggiorno tra l'Etna e il mare, la spiaggia molto bella a pochissimi metri, la casa pratica e curata. L'accoglienza della proprietaria è stata superlativa, siamo arrivati molto tardi a causa di un ritardo dell'aereo e la signora Camilla ci ha attesi con mille attenzioni e consigli - grazie per tutto. Raccomando vivamente questa casa per vacanze in ogni stagione.

Wir (5 Personen) waren 11 Tage Ende Juni im Haus. Die Lage ist für einen Strandurlaub optimal. Man kann auf einem bezahlbaren Strand Liegen mit Schirm mieten (10Euro pro Tag für zwei Liegen mit Schirm, am Wochenende teuerer). Daneben ist ein freier Strandabschnitt, der ruhig und nicht überlaufen ist. Im Haus ist ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Das Haus ist für 5 Personen großzügig. Besonders schön ist der Garten und die große um das Haus herumführende Terasse. Abends haben wir insbesondere den unverbauten Blick auf Ätna genossen. Insgesamt hat man viel Platz und ist ungestört. Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit genossen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung findet man nicht viel. Um zu Einkaufsläden oder Restaurants zu gelangen, muss man mindestens 20min laufen. Ein Auto ist sicherlich von Vorteil. Camilla ist sehr gastfreundlich. Kommunikation per WhatsApp lief einwandfrei. Alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Außerdem gab sie uns viele Tipps, wo man Ausflüge machen kann. Insgesamt waren es sehr erholsame und schöne Tage. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf zwei Etagen. Der obere Teil ist neu renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt eine Terrasse, einen Balkon und einen Garten. Ein Auto kann man am Haus parken. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Kiesstrand. Ein Auto ist nötig um nach kurzer Fahrzeit zu den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu kommen. Die Wohnung eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Vom Balkon hat man einen direkten Blick auf den Ätna. Die Vermieterin Camilla ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Das Haus befindet sich nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Camilla, die Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da wir sehr spät anreisten, überraschte sie uns mit einem leckeren Abendessen und sizilianischem Wein. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, um dort einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Danke Camilla für den tollen Aufenthalt in deinem Haus:)!

La maison est situé dans une propriété close. Il suffit de traverser la route et on est sur une grande plage. Camilla est vraiment une personne remarquable qui est totalement à votre service.
