"Dirty room, hair on the pillows, shower and bathroom window extremely moldy, the head board for the bed was missing, when opening the door to room with key sounds like being buzzed into a jail cell. Location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay for vacation but for an early 5 am flight sure for the price. But dirty dirty."

"This place was amazing. I would stay here over and over again! Its in the most perfect spot and the ladies that work there are amazing, and the breakfast included is soooo good! (also that restaurant next door is delicious). And the balcony we had was an amazing touch! 1000000% recommend to stay here!"

Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. "The location was a short walk to the Pompei ruins. The breakfast provided assorted breads, biscuits and baked goods with coffee, tea and juice included. The annex was a short walk away from the main hotel. The parking provided was just in an abandoned field."

"The hotel was just off the Main Street in Amalfi and only about 300m from the main bus stop and ferry terminal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also loved the rooftop breakfast that was included. We are a family of four with grown children and the room was spacious for our stay. While $600CAD is not cheap it represented value in Amalfi. I would certainly recommend again."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern decor, and aesthetic. Nice bar. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming to my boyfriend and me. We were staying in Italy for a couple of days and luckily chose the perfect place. I didn't know how to work the lights at first, but one of the girls up front came up to my room and showed me, with no complaints. Couldn't ask for better service. Staff gave us complimentary drinks and ordered a taxi for us at 4 am for our early flight. Wish we could've...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again."

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel."
