Camp Cozy in a 2023 35' Heartland Prowler travel trailer. This camper features a bedroom in the front of the trailer, a fold out sofa, a dining table that also turns into a bed, a full kitchen, bathroom, and a bunk house in the rear with 3 bunks. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Maryville where there are several great, local breweries and eateries! We are also only a 40 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, or Cade's Cove and one hour to Gatlinburg. This is the best place to enjoy The Smokies without being in the middle of the city and endless traffic. The camper is located on our property but we will not interfere with your trip. We are available for restaurant or outing recommendations or just housekeeping and toiletry needs!
