"When I reserved the room, I had no idea it wasn’t connected to the hotel. Inside smelled musty, and didn’t see or feel clean. The front desk lady was rude as hell. After driving 8 hours in straight rain, I got there around 2pm. I was tired from the drive, and just wanted to go to the room. Without even checking to see if the room is available yet, she instantly said we’re going to have to charge you for early check in. I’ve worked for hotels before, so she could have told me let me check and see...

Everything worked like it should in my room! Same guy was at the front desk when I left the next morning he wished me a good day and off I went. Will return if in Gainesville again."

"Their staff tried to charge us twice for the room and were extremely rude. The air conditioner worked and there was a bed but other than that it was clear no upkeep was being done on the grounds or rooms. The TV had three remotes but not a channel worked. The door was hard to open and close. The shower leaked and looked really old and it needed maintenance. We slept through the night and checked out ASAP. I will be checking for our deposit back because I don't trust them."

"This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Motel. Do not stay here. I was in town for the Muenster, TX Germanfest Bike Rally and selected the facility due to location. I did not expect it to be a Holiday Inn or Hampton, but I did expect it to be clean, and it was not even close to being clean. Spend an extra 80$ and stay at the Lindsay Inn closer to Gainsville, TX, or just stay in Gainsville and drive in for the Bike Rally or Germanfest. It was so bad, I left and went to find...
