Perfect!

This was the perfect home for my family this past week! Pool days were the best! We had such a nice time, the house was clean & plenty of sleep space! Had lots of stuff to use so much wasn't needed! Thank you again & we would definately stay again!

Great property with nice pool

We had a great stay! Property was clean and exactly as advertised. We did have a few visitors while there. Saved a crab and frog from the pool and had a black bear climb over the fence to wish us a safe trip home while having coffee our last morning.

The home was adequate and in a good location. Front storm store would not shut, kitchen was nice, pool is not in great shape, some of the beds need replacing. It was not dirty, but it was not super clean either. It just needs some updating.

The house was beautiful and perfect size for me and my family, the air conditioner definitely wasn’t able to keep up and never got below 75 which for Florida is kind of hot only complaint is the pool was dirty even after the man came and cleaned it it’s still was dirty He spent several hours on the property even cleaned the pool, but I don’t know why but as soon as he left, we were able to get back in the pool. It was still dirty, but all in all it was amazing.

Stay in Mary Esther

The overall stay was very nice, some of the cleanliness was not ideal though. When we arrived there was a pan with old fried eggs in the oven that the cleaners missed, some supplies were not stocked such as paper towels and trash bags, also the pool was not overly cleaned. Other then that it was a good stay.

Perfect Little Cubby

This place reminded me of my cabin up in North Carolina. Could hear the birds singing in the morning because there wasnt any traffic. Light pollution was almost non existent at night. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids originally was upset that tvs werent in all the rooms but came to realize that is strategic in creating family bonding time. I absolutely loved it.

WEDDING STAY

THINGS WERE GOOD BUT I WOULD SUGGEST THAT END TABLES BE PUT IN EACH BDRM AND A TV FOR THESE THINGS SHOULD BE STANDARD FOR 2 BDRMS DIDNT HAVE ANYWHERE TO PUT PERSONAL ITEMS NEAR THE BED.

Perfect place

Loved the location of the house. The neighborhood was very nice and quite. Plenty of parking. We were able to park 2 boats a jet ski and 4 trucks. The house is at the end of the road so very little traffic. Great for kids to ride bikes or play out front. However we didnt spend much time in the front as the back porch and pool was a very popular place to hang out. My only complaint was the hardwood/tile floors downstairs were filthy. I moped them several times and still needed a really good cleaning. I WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Unpleasant stay

The location was great. The carpet in rooms and stairs was very dirty, and had big stains and smell like pee. The whole carpet will need to be replaced. The bunk bed mattress in one are worn out. You can literally feel the springs. One of the bedroom lights was out. The pressure of the shower head was very low and the pool has a lot of major cracks and can become a risk for guests. This house needs a lot of repairs and replacement of furniture. To out believe we would never stay there again.

As advertised with a caveat

This wasn’t our best experience just in the fact that the ac unit went out at the beginning of our stay. The property manager did all she could to help us out though which was much appreciated! We ended up having to pack up & move to another house to finish out our stay but again the property manager & Vrbo/Evolve helped us get a refund & another place to stay so that helped out tremendously! This was nobody’s fault and just an unforeseen circumstance.
