This gorgeous home - the Palm Breeze Beach House - is located on the Santa Rosa Sound with its own white sand beach and boasts amazing views from numerous porches, balconies, bedrooms, and living area.

The water on the Sound has been gorgeous this past year - clear and warm! No rip tides, jellyfish, or drop-offs! The water is shallow and perfect for all ages. Our guests are loving that they can swim in such clear water!

NO SARGASSUM! We are 15-20 miles from the entrance to the Gulf, and our beaches do not get seaweed that plagues the Gulf beaches!

It is an ideal retreat for multi-generation families to spend quality time in a stunning setting - there is so much to do on site for kids and adults alike (fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, relaxing, etc)

Watch blue herons trek across the beach looking for dinner and the occasional dolphin that frolics in the calm waters. You can enjoy this poolside next to the infinity-edge pool (POOL IS NOT HEATED) or relax in the above-ground hot tub under the night sky after a day at the beach. Lush tropical landscaping abounds on the property to make you feel like you're truly in an oasis!

Inside is a spacious and beautiful retreat which has been designed for your comfort. Most bedrooms have views and access to balconies:

Ground floor has queen bedroom and full bath
First floor main bedroom with full bath and king
Second floor main bedroom with full bath with king
Second floor kids room with two twin over double bunks that sleep six
Second floor queen bedroom with shared full bath
Third floor room via spiral stair case has bunk; hanging twin bed and twin trundle
Full Bath at foot of spiral staircase

The kitchen has plenty of space to create meals for a large family, or grill out! We also have our own private white sand beach and dock - bring your wave runners! Or, enjoy the tandem kayak on site - it's a great way to explore the Sound. In addition, there's a ping pong table, foosball table, and corn hole set for lots of family fun! In the garage are many pool floats, sand toys, beach chairs, and life jackets.

Of course you can head down the road to the family attractions in Destin or let the sugar-white sand sift through your toes just five miles west on uncrowded Navarre Beach, Florida's 'best kept secret.' You may decide to spend all your time enjoying your own beach where the water is clear and shallow, and parents can let young children play without concern about rough water or undertow.
