This isn`t just a house with a pool — it`s a full compound built to hold a crowd. 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a sun-filled living room overlooking the pool, a formal dining room, and a dedicated bunk suite behind sliding barn doors that sleeps 6–8 on its own. The open flow from the kitchen through the dining room into the pool-view living room is the kind of layout that makes a 16-person trip actually feel relaxed instead of cramped.
The kitchen is fully renovated — white shaker cabinets, granite waterfall-edge counters, subway tile backsplash, and a full stainless steel appliance suite including French-door fridge and dishwasher. It opens straight into the living and dining areas, so nobody`s stuck cooking alone while everyone else hangs out.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
🛏 Master Suite — King bed, arch floor mirror, lounge seating, en-suite bath with double vanity and glass walk-in shower
🛏 Bedroom 2 — King bed, mounted TV, ceiling fan
🛏 Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, rattan headboard, natural wood styling
🛏 Bedroom 4 — Full bed, mounted TV
🚪 Bunk Suite (behind sliding barn doors) — 2 bunk beds, each with two queen-size bunks, sleeping up to 8. Lounge seating and a large flat-screen TV. Closes completely for privacy.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard is the main character here. A large oval pool sits surrounded by mature Florida oaks, palms, and flowering bougainvillea, with a covered gazebo strung with café lights tucked at the back of the yard. Out front of the sunroom: a stone fire pit ringed by four Adirondack chairs and a stainless steel gas grill station (propane self-catered). The sunroom`s wraparound windows let you watch it all from inside, day or night.

BATHROOMS
2.5 bathrooms total. The primary bath features a double-sink vanity with granite countertop and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower finished in marble-look tile. The second full bath has a navy board-and-batten accent wall with floating wood shelves. A half bath serves the common areas. (We don`t provide wash cloths. Bring your own wash cloths).


KITCHEN & DINING
Fully renovated kitchen with white shaker cabinets, granite waterfall countertops, subway tile backsplash, and a full stainless steel appliance suite (French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, range). Opens to a formal dining room with seating for 6+ and a sliding door out to the sunroom and pool.

Full-size LG front-load washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room.

Mary Esther sits in the heart of the Emerald Coast — close enough to Fort Walton Beach and Destin for easy day trips, but quieter than the tourist core. Minutes from Hurlburt Field and Eglin Air Force Base, making this an easy, no-fuss choice for military families visiting, PCSing, or hosting relatives during training and graduation weekends.
