Bella Giulia, furnished in a Mediterranean style, is bright, cozy and
with a lush outdoor area. The villa is introduced by a garden and the
beautiful and spacious porch with dining area and sofa.
The villa opens into the living room with double sofa bed, dining table and tv. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom, 1 triple bedroom and another full bathroom.
The corridor leads to the well-equipped kitchen with access to the garden at the back,
where there is an outdoor area ideal for a quiet breakfast and
barbecue. The air conditioning is in the living room, in the triple
bedroom and one of the double bedrooms. In the kitchen there is a
ceiling fan.
Villa Bella Giulia, with its cozy spaces, is the
ideal solution for holidays in a quiet area near the city centre. The
arrangement of the rooms and the outdoor areas was made to guarantee
peace and privacy, while sharing the villa with family or friends.

Villa Bella Giulia is near the beaches and beach establishmehts in Campomarino and the city centre with its services. 
The Ionian sea is clean and blue, with sandy beach that creates dunes and lovely bays.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
