We had everything we needed for the 5 days we stayed. There were plenty of things to do right in town, but also not too far a drive to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. "Great property very close to shops and restaurants in Padanaram. Very clean with lots of kitchen amenities. The portable AC units worked perfectly throughout the heatwave during our stay. Very quiet and peaceful location. We used the paddle boards and kayaks which was a nice bonus. It’s tricky getting them in the water especially at low tide."

"This property is beautiful and made for a wonderful stay down in the cape. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and pond just steps from the back door. My kids enjoyed the beach, fishing and kayaking. The house was beautiful and fully equipped for everything you might need while visiting. We have stayed at numerous properties down in the cape and this might have just become our new favorite. "
