Welcome to Le Secret de Viviane, an independent and air-conditioned cottage located in Marsillargues, between the Camargue and the Mediterranean, just 10 minutes from the beaches of La Grande-Motte and Grau-du-Roi.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a quiet, sunny and pleasant setting, with private terrace, barbecue area and access to a large swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters.

The cottage is located within our 3,000 m² property. You will be the only travelers on site. We also reside on the property, without vis-à-vis the cottage, and remain discreet throughout the stay, available only if you need it.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The house, independent, offers about 70 m² of comfort.

It comprises:

• a bright living room with open kitchen of 35 m²;
• two comfortable bedrooms;
• a sofa bed in the living room;
• a bathroom with XL shower;
• a separate toilet;
• air conditioning;
• a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, kitchen utensils and storage.

Bed linen and linen are provided.

For families with young children, a baby cot and a baby bath can be provided on request.

OUTDOORS

Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace for meals and relaxation.

The barbecue area allows you to share beautiful summer evenings after a day at the beach, at the pool or on a walk in the area.

The large 12 x 6 meter swimming pool is one of the main assets of the place. Spacious, pleasant and located opposite the cottage, it allows you to take full advantage of the southern sun in a quiet and preserved environment.

The pool is shared only with the owners, who are discreetly present on the property. No other traveler is welcomed at the same time as you.

The location makes it easy to alternate between beach days, discovery of the Camargue, local markets, restaurants, walks, cultural visits and moments of relaxation by the pool.

You can discover Aigues-Mortes, the ramparts, the salt marshes, Le Grau-du-Roi, La Grande-Motte, the Petite Camargue, Montpellier, Nîmes or the Pont du Gard.

The vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

The accommodations are Non-smoking inside. Ashtrays are available on the terraces.

Pets can be accepted on prior request, with an extra charge, subject to compatibility with the animals present on the property.

People outside the booking are not allowed to access the accommodation or the swimming pool.
