"What an amazing place to stay! Close to many activities but at the same time a lovely quiet location. Very well equipped with lots of DVD choices, board games and everything you need to maintain your stay. The beds and bedding was my highlight one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for years! "We stayed here for 3 nights, the property was spotlessly clean on arrival. Parking at the cottage was a blessing as the road outside was busy with residents cars. An ideal base to explore Dorset, and several pubs within easy walking distance. Would stay here again."

"Great location minutes walk to the sea front, restaurants and attractions. Easy access to fabulous walking and running tracks. I was lucky enough to meet swimming enthusiasts and swam in the bay, with the added benefit of use of the beach shack. Perfect for an active family. Jan was super helpful and very responsive. Off peak season and fantastic weather made for a perfect stay. Thank you. "

"We knew garden was "staggered" but its not atttached to house. You have to go down a path that runs along the back of the houses to go your garden gate. Garden was lovely with a table and 4 chairs and flower borders. Location is brillant litterally a 2 min walk to The Byes which are picturesque. Sidmouth is a 10 minute walk.There is a Tesco Express about a 10 minute walk and a Waitrose is about a 10 kinute drive.As its a victorain house stairs can be awkward for some. The house was lovely...
