    Inmaculada casa de playa en el deseable Green Harbor, directamente en Duxbury Beach (la playa más grande y mejor de la costa sur). Tan cerca del océano, ¡pensarás que estás en un bote! Quedarse dormido con las olas. Despierta al amanecer sobre el océano. Disfrute del café de la mañana en la terraza, luego dé un largo paseo por la playa. Disfrute de la puesta de sol en el patio trasero bien ajardinado. Casa completa con todas las comodidades, gran terraza frente al mar y patio. Su retiro privado, cerca de Boston y Cape Cod, pero lejos de todo ...

    Arriba: tres dormitorios con vista directa al mar. Lujosa suite principal con cama queen, baño privado (lavabo doble, bañera antigua con patas, ducha de dos cabezas) y vestidor principal. Segundo dormitorio con cama queen, tercer dormitorio con dos camas dobles. Las habitaciones segunda y tercera comparten un baño completo con vistas al jardín del patio trasero y las marismas más allá.

    En la planta baja: amplia sala de estar con ventanas de extremo a extremo que dan al océano, acogedora chimenea de gas, cómodos sofás, televisor de pantalla grande con paquete de cable de lujo y una alcoba con una mecedora y ventanas a un patio trasero profesionalmente ajardinado. Cocina completa con electrodomésticos modernos que complementan el fregadero antiguo original, además de lavadora y secadora de gran capacidad. Comedor con vista al mar. Una sala de estar fuera de la sala de estar funciona como un estudio / oficina, y proporciona espacio adicional para dormir con una cama nido (que se abre en dos camas dobles).

    Exterior: gran terraza y patio frente al mar. Escaleras privadas a la playa (en temporada). Escaleras públicas durante todo el año una puerta hacia abajo, rampa pública para botes tres puertas hacia abajo. Patio trasero cercado y profesionalmente ajardinado con sendero pavimentado, espacio para duchas al aire libre y un cobertizo con muebles de patio y juguetes de playa.

    Gran camino pavimentado con espacio para 6 vehículos.

    Ubicado en un vecindario residencial familiar, con residentes durante todo el año a cada lado.

    A pocos pasos de la casa:
    - Libra de langosta de Green Harbor: compre langostas enteras vivas o al vapor, deliciosos rollos de langosta y mariscos fritos, papas fritas y aros de cebolla.
    - The "Genny": una tienda de barrio tradicional a la antigua con centavos, golosinas de helado, delicatessen, abarrotes y cerveza / vino / licores.

    A poca distancia en coche de los restaurantes y tiendas de Brant Rock, y del supermercado y tiendas de Webster Plaza.

We had a fabulous stay at this house for me and my sisters families and our mother. It was perfect with little ones too (4 under 4!)! We enjoyed the Coffee Shack just down the road and a few walks on the beach!

The location of this property was perfect. Even though we had a nor'easter for about two days of our trip, we could watch all the happenings on Cape Cod Bay up close.

Amazing location and wonderful stay

Everything was as advertised. The location was fantastic. Really close to everything you need. My friends and i were comfortable and loved the roar of the ocean and even a daily sighting of a seal.

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The house is well-maintained and right on the beach. We were there in the off season but enjoyed the peace and the long walks along the beach and into the neighboring Duxbury area. Easy drive from Boston and close to the Plymouth historic areas. Looking forward to seeing it in-season!

Lovely beach house

We were looking for a comfortable beach house to gather with our 3 adult children and my mother for Thanksgiving. This lovely beach home was perfect. It was a short drive to Plymouth. The expansive view and sounds of the ocean made the house extra cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owners were very communicative and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!

Awesome cottage on the sea wall.

We loved this place! Right on the sea wall. It was awesome just hanging out on the deck. Very short walk to a beautiful sandy, uncrowded beach. (The beach goes away at high tide, which is typical for the south shore in MA.) The house is bright, well decorated/updated, and is very roomy. In a nice quiet upscale neighborhood.

Wonderful House and Location

We just came home from 10 days of relaxing, watching the surf, listening to the waves crashing right below the deck, and seeing a great variety of fishing and pleasure boats going out from and in to Green Harbor. We were very pleased to find the kitchen so well equipped. The detailed notes provided by the owners answered every question we might have had during our stay. If we ever decide to vacation in the area again, we hope this house will be available.

Great view

We loved the location of this property. When we had an issue,(that we created!) it was handled very quickly. Beautiful view, hated it was too cold and wet for us to sit on deck and enjoy the waves.

Northeast Road Adventure

We are on a 25 day road adventure from Missouri. The location was incredible and the home is stunning! Easy drive to Boston to walk the Freedom Trail. We also spent a day at the Plimoth Village. Damian and Cathy were quick to respond to and questions and had some great restaurant recommendations. We would highly recommend. We didn’t want to leave!!! Views are breathtaking!!

This is a beautiful home and my family (5 adults, 1 baby) loved staying here. It is bright, airy, tastefully decorated and was always comfortable during our stay, which had both summer and fall weather. We had relatives over and between the deck and the large living room there was plenty of room for everyone. Perhaps because it was late in the season there weren't stairs down to the beach but a neighbor let us use their stairs and street beach access was only one house away.The biggest problem we had was two houses down the beach seawall was being demolished and on all but one morning we were awakened at 6am by the sound of heavy machinery. This was a drag but when we told the owners they quickly refunded one night of our stay. Other than the construction noise we had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again- it is a special place!

34 Bay Ave great spot!

We’ve spent some time each summer at nearby Humarock beach for years, and have opinions about beach cottages as a result of that experience. 34 Bay Ave, Marshfield is by far the most comfortable home we’ve visited, or stayed in, in the area. Gracious and helpful (offsite) hosts, plenty of space to relax and to work. We greatly enjoyed this wonderful space. Everything you need is there. The beach was less swimmable at that location due to tides, abundant seaweed, and sea wall, but only if that matters to you. It didn’t hinder our wonderfully refreshing time in this well-kept and lovely seaside home. Thank you!

Waterfront Green Harbor Home Delights

This is the 3rd year we’ve rented this home on the sea wall in Green Harbor. It is immaculate and well-appointed. The sound of the ocean is mesmerizing and we find ourselves more relaxed within a day of arriving. The major attractions there for us are experiencing the weather, good or bad, both are enjoyable, and having everything we need to cook meals and invite family for an afternoon of hanging on the back deck on the weekend. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we appreciate and respect that. We sleep well at Green Harbor and find ourselves greatly revived and energized by the salt spray by the time we head home. We hope to go back next year, and highly recommend this location. Be assured: the owners are truly responsive if any questions arise before or during your stay.

JUST PERFECT!!

Though Marshfield was a home during our younger years, it's easy to be bias. However, this home is a gem. Immaculately clean and the instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. Damian, the host, was immediately attentive to our needs and he followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. From the time of making the reservations to leaving the home, Damian and Cathy were professional and friendly. In the home, we took advantage of the fireplace which made the house feel warm, comfy and homelike. The living room was our hang out spot during the evening. The Star Market grocery store is approximately nine minutes away and it has all the necessities including organic items that you need. We walked on the beach every day. High tide was captivating to watch when it struck the seawall. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful to walk around. Haddad's restaurant offers terrific seafood with great service. There is music on Saturday's. Boston was about a 35-minute drive and during the times we drove, the traffic was easy to navigate through. Recommend visiting Eataly. It is an Italian grocery store and restaurant with a large variety of food from Italy. Lots of cheeses and meats to choose from. We recommend enjoying a stay at this Nantucket oceanfront home.

Family Holiday

We spent the week of Thanksgiving and the house had all of the amenities a family of 4 required. Centrally located for trips to Cape Cod, Plymouth and Boston. A wonderful beach to walk on each day and quiet neighborhood. We hope to return again!

Fantastic stay in a Nantucket style oceanfront house!

Damian and Cathy are excellent hosts. They provided clear communication, quick problem solving and were so pleasant to work with. The house is wonderful! Spacious and right on the beach… fun for grandkids, their parents and grandparents! The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need. The community is awesome, too! We ventured to Boston, Plymouth and the Cape easily. Thank you, Damian and Cathy, for a fabulous time!

Excellent place for a beach front relaxing trip!

The house was better than the pictures. 5 of us stayed comfortably with room to spare. The host were very easy and helpful. They answered all our questions quickly and were very attentive. The host were off site. You get the whole house. Everything you need is there. They have decent cooking supply, washer and dryer work great. Location is great, you can hear the waves and watch the sunrise from the upstairs bedrooms. Spacious parking, we only had 2 cars but could have fit more. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation home, this place will not disappoint.

AMAZING

We had a wonderful time in this Marshfield beach home. It is right on the water and has so many great views from the home. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the large oceanside deck which is a great place to watch the sunrise with morning coffee and sunset with the nightcap of your choice. The home was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The owners made communication and check-in a breeze. We would definitely rent the home again. We had an amazing time at the home and in the area.
