It is VERY easy to access the home through the well-maintained paved roads going to the property. It does NOT require 4-wheel drive (4WD) and is NOT off any steep rural mountain roads; it is easily accessible to and from downtown Asheville. The home is situated on acres of mountain property, affording private, safe places for kids to play & explore, adults to take a hike, and everyone to relax & enjoy the unreal views.

Events are allowed for up to 50 guests. A separate Event Fee applies based on headcount and is assessed outside of normal rental costs. Prior notice and host approval are required to host an event.
