"In 30 years of traveling I’ve never been placed in a room without a phone. The bathroom sink was clogged and I had to walk down to the desk and report the sink and the missing phone. Maintenance fixed the sink and informed me that he could not help me with the phone."

"I gave a 4 stars because of the staff, not for the hotel. The staff has been very helpful when I had issues with the room with a handicap. They also made sure that the place is clean. Breakfast is ok. The usual continental.
But the room needs to be fixed and upgraded. Everything in that hotel is old."

"Older hotel, very nice staff, good breakfast, and very clean. Good price but the hotel isn't in the greatest condition. The hook fell off the wall after hanging my towel on it. The traffic noise was very noticeable, and the AC unit was very loud and loose from the wall."

I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

"First, I immensely love the attention given conscientiously to every customer by all staff starting with the front desk, driver of shuttle, environmental staff, food services staff, the restaurant greeters, servers and atmosphere. The spaciousness, the history oriented connection and great desk efficiency and access for registration for attendees. The obvious dutifulness of the consistent work of the staff event coordinators for genuine comfort affordability. Thanks for asking.
