## Emplacement
La Ciotat is located in the middle of a large gulf, the Gulf of Love, 33 km from Marseille and 40 km from Toulon.
It lies at the heart of the Parc des Calanques. Its two calanques, Le Mugel and Figuerolles, are distinguished from those of Cassis by their red color and typical shapes (eagle's beak, dog's head).
For hiking, diving and beach lovers, La Ciotat has it all: Parc national des Calanques, Figuerolles, Île Verte, les Embiez, Sainte Baume, Montagne Sainte Victoire. Aix-en-Provence or Marseille are just 30 minutes away. The region offers a wide range of activities to suit everyone.
