Beautiful moments with family or friends in perspective in this 67 m² apartment. Crossing and nestled on the 2nd floor of a building in Marseille, it will offer you absolute comfort with its calm, its brightness, its large living room, its 3 bedrooms, its double bathroom and its fully equipped kitchen.

You will be at home 🏡 here... just like at home.

The apartment is located 13 minutes from the beaches 🏝️, 10 minutes from the 🏉Velodrome ⚽️ Stadium, the Chanot Park, and the Palais des Congrès (i.e. 4 metro 🚇 stations). The apartment is equipped with a parking space which is 250 from the apartment (underground and secure parking).
A parking space is available free of charge for one vehicle... The size of the cars accepted: 2m high by 2.4m wide by 5.4m long.
The cleaning fee includes the complete cleaning of the apartment and the provision of full linen for your stay for all Guests.
The apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system, high-speed wifi, a connected flat screen TV and a Bluetooth system via speakers integrated into the ceiling (to be listened to with a respectable volume of sound).

You will have room kits (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases), towels, hand towels, dish towels, and we also provide shower gel, shampoo, a roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag.

A Nespresso machine will be at your disposal during your stay. I will provide you with a few pods and a few tea bags.

The Prado beach, which will host the Delta Festival 🎊🎉, is also 10 minutes from the accommodation (all accessible by public transportation, bus and metro).

The Timone and Conception hospitals 🏥 5 minutes walk away.

You will have 3 bedrooms (sleeps 🛌 6) as well as the sofa bed (sleeps 2). I remind you that it is forbidden to smoke 🚬 in the apartment as well as to organize parties.

An excellent Corsican restaurant 👨‍🍳 is 10 m from the apartment... and a pub/bar "Little Pub 🍻" is 50 m away. « Chez Ferrato «

You will have the opportunity to shop at the "Super U" located 100 m away and you will find a 🥖 "Mich de Pain" 20 m away. Here is information on amenities:

Purchases:
You will find a "Super U" on rue Roger Brun 150 m from the apartment and a bakery on rue d'Issy 30m from the apartment for your daily purchases.

Instructions:
I remind you that the apartment is non-smoking 🚭, and that it is not allowed to organize parties.
The cancellation conditions are "strict".

You can pick up the keys 🔑 via a key box, which will give you all the "time freedom" you want for your arrival.

I also remind you that arrivals are from 4pm and departures at 11am at the latest. 🏃‍♂️

Parking:
In addition to the parking space, provided, if you are travelling with a second vehicle, you will have the possibility to park 🚗 on the street (paid parking from 9 am to 7 pm via a parking meter) or at the Indigo parking lot of the Conception Hospital at 145B Boulevard Baille, 13005 Marseille:

Taxi/Uber/Metro:
For arrivals by train 🚊, you have the option of either taking an Uber, a taxi or metro Gare St Charles, direction La Fourragère then exit at Baille and the apartment will be 290m away.
