"We really enjoyed the room, breakfast was grand. We had a slight issue when we stayed the first night, but it was resolved and hotel done everything to applogise. Ivan is cool. The lady who sells the tours where loudly arguing with another receptionist, who was very loud too in front of the guests and showed no mercy that we were all uncomfortable remorse to it "

"A entrada é um pouco confusa, chegamos a noite e por falta de iluminação ficamos perdidas, mas o hotel é bem reconhecido na região o que facilitou a localização depois de alguns minutos. O prédio é antigo, mas nada demais, a piscina não tem aquecimento e o quarto para pegar o controle é preciso deixar uma nota de 20 euros como garantia."

"Excellent staff who were very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. The hotel is really good value and with good location. Good transport link to get anywhere. Let down on the day before leaving only by the cleaning of the room which was not done despite calling reception to say that we'd accidently broken a glass and the floor needed cleaning for safety reasons. We cleaned as best as we could but very wary of stepping on tiny glass shards. "

"Large clean bedroom and bathroom. Very helpful team on the reception desk. Staff in the bar and restaurant were fantastic with service and polite. Special shout out to the bar staff - always with a smile even during a hectic happy hour. Hotel location is good for restaurants and sightseeing on the waterfront."
