Gite Champêtre Drôme Lorette

The small house "Lorette", a rural Gîte de France (for 5 people), located in Marsanne in Drôme Provençale, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 90 m² property is set in the countryside, just 2 km from the typical village of Marsanne, renowned for its authenticity and lively crafts and festivities. The accommodation consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, two large bedrooms, and a bathroom, which remain naturally cool thanks to the thick stone walls. The decor is tasteful and welcoming, with each room offering a unique atmosphere.



You can enjoy a 250 m² outdoor area, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The garden offers a lovely open view of the private pool and the surrounding greenery. A beautiful covered terrace with tiles and wood is equipped with garden furniture for your meals or quiet moments of relaxation.



For your comfort, games and a library are at your disposal, as well as a baby bed, high chair, and baby bathtub.



With a concern for preserving the surrounding nature, the house is equipped with water- and energy-saving devices. Hot water is produced entirely by solar energy and electricity is partially supplied by photovoltaic panels. Waste sorting is encouraged, with instructions available on site, and our cleaning products are homemade.



As options, bed linen with towels and breakfast are available, as well as the rental of mopeds, electric bikes, or open-air cars.



It is a pleasant setting where cicadas accompany your convivial moments with family or friends.
