Casas de campo en Mars Hill

"The place was cute and exactly as described. When we arrived, it was horribly musty smelling. We had to open all the doors and windows and turn on the fans. There were gnats in the kitchen area and the bathroom, dust bunnies in multiple places, and a missing smoke detector. The yard had not been mowed recently and was unpleasant to walk through to the creek. There was a fire pit with yard chairs stacked on top. No firewood in sight. At the total price of $241 for one night, we were disappointed."

"Wonderful house. Beautiful views. Excellent hosts. I traveled with family while I had business in town. Hosts thought of everything. Game systems for the teenagers. Pack n play for my baby. Accessible hosts by text/phone. Short drive to downtown Asheville, but plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely return. Be mindful if you travel with anyone with mobility concerns...parts of the driveway are steep due to the mountainous landscape. Overall a wonderful property. "

"Exceeded expectations. I love details. And this place has them. From the decor to the creamer in the fridge (thank you for the nut pods). It was perfect for us. Lovely host, felt like home away from home, great vibe, decor, location, neighborhood, safety, beauty - had it all. We didn’t want to leave."

"Excellent location in a tranquil neighborhood and a very easy walk to downtown and the A.T. This is a spacious well-equipped cottage with a great porch overlooking a beautiful creek. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!"

"Quaint and cozy cottage. Great for our long weekend stay. Thanks again!"

"My wife and I stayed for the weekend and loved it. Very clean and comfortable! We would highly recommend."

"This beautiful cottage is so perfectly located and beautifully appointed! Could not have been easier or better. Black Mountain, Montreat, Asheville -- you will see it all and stay in a convenient and super cute little house. Everything is new and nice and you'll love it!"

"Great place to stay and set up to bring dogs with also. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths attached to bedrooms. Kitchen set up to be able to cook in easily though cottage close to town of Black Mountain that has great restaurants. Cottage also has washer and dryer which was helpful. Also has hot tub which we used one evening. Fenced in yard for dogs. Very comfortable up to house up to 4 people."

"I absolutely loved this serene place. It reminded me a lot of my grandparents’ home when I was growing up. It was the perfect getaway for parents who needed a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While some people found it too isolated, that’s precisely what we were seeking. "

"Excellent!!"

"Great property with awesome amenities. Enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all amenities the property had to offer. Checking in was easy and all important information was conveyed in advance. Property was clean. Would stay again."
